I have to share a wonderful experience I had at Boston Pizza the other night with my significant other.. I ordered Nachos.. Now, I will tell you that not all Nachos are created equal and I've had some very disappointing experiences ordering Nachos, some restaurants just don't know how to make them. That last wonderful experience I had ordering Nachos was at the Village Pub - Champlain Height's Burnaby. A little out of the way neighborhood pub that serves fantastic food and awesome Nachos and the Fox and Fiddle chain of pubs back east in Toronto. The most recent wonderful experience I had ordering Nachos was just the other night at Boston Pizza -Esplanade. Wow, spectaculous (I made up that word lol) it totally exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect.. Nachos are my absolute favorite finger food of all time. I want to take a moment to recognize the wonder staff that served us - Khem and OSerrenity (not sure if that's correct, probably not hahaha) They just added to this positive dining experience, they are awesome - Thanks Khem and OSerrentity for the awesome service and conversation... See you again soon ! :)

This Boston Pizza (and my mum) surprised us with heart shaped pizzas for my wedding! We get heart shaped pizzas every Valentine’s Day and it was amazing for them to do this special thing for us!

Oh Have they not told you about the secret tunnels of Boston pizza? Where shall I begin I always was an explorer growing up I always liked to explore the secrets of my home town, as I have gotten older my explorations have dwindled in size. I haven’t gone on a journey in 19 months but as I was enjoying a lustrous meal at your chesterfield location I promenade to the washroom to powder my nose when I glanced at what I can only describe as a loose and rickety part of a wall, couldn’t be more than 5 feet amd suddenly this wave of excitement and curiosity washed over me as I crawled into the hole, what I descovered would change my life forever… I descovered these tunnels, easily over 30 of them of just these workers crawling around on there hangs and knees like dogs and some sort of cloaked figure judging them and taking notes. I crawled through and they all tried to stop me but I barked at them and that somehow triggered some sort of shut down mechanical part in there system, I crawled and crawled, must have been over 3 football fields of just tunnel. And you know what I found… nothing they all led to nothing and now I am trapped in these tunnels I have accepted that I will die and I am not afraid I love you all

I wanted to thank Khem for his hospitality and great service, he was nice and we felt welcomed. I hope I got his name correct. My only recommendation would be not to make kid's sweet potato fries spicy. Thanks Khem.Wheelchair accessibility: I loved that it is wheelchair accessible.
Extremely disappointed with the decline in quality at Boston Pizza on Esplanade. We recently ordered a 7 cheese ravioli and a lasagna through Skip the Dishes, and the presentation was appalling. It appeared like the food was hastily thrown into the to-go containers, and to make matters worse, both dishes arrived cold and unappetizing. This experience has left a sour taste, and we won't be ordering from this location again.

Without any notice, an 18% tip was added to the bill and the tip was collected again. Food costs $260 and tip costs $100.

Fun if you're a kid. Lots of little kid team parties. Annoying if You're not there for that.

What a huge disappointment. We went and parked in the parkade and paid for two hours parking with the assurance of getting 2 hours complimentary. Went to the restaurant only to be told by the hostess that they were taking in no more walk-ins???? We said there were only two of us and we could sit in the bar. She said, no, they were totally full. I asked if they could redeem my parking, to which she said it would come off the bill. If we are now not able to eat, what happens to my parking fee? She just shrugged. She then explained they had 4 large groups come in and could accommodate no more people. If we wanted to wait, it might be 30 minutes or more. We said we would wait and sat down. The hostess left and started serving food in the lounge area. I said to my wife, after I got up and looked in the lounge area, that if we stayed, undoubtedly the experience would only get worse and with that I took a picture of the lounge area and we left (never to return ever again).

We have dined here a few times and only come back because the food is good. However today was the last straw. Service is always bad. Only one time have we been greated by someone. Today as always we walk in and had to scream Hello! After a good minute since no one came out. We walk in a bit further to find someone but we found a dead rat instead. Finally the hostess/waitress comes out and says they had a health inspector just 10 minutes before and all was perfect ( doubt it). In the whole restaurant it was us (2 adults , 2 kids) and 2 other people, yet our food took soo long and not just that but the waitress forgot part of our order. The fact that orders are missed when no one else is dining there and health is taken as a meh scenerio, makes me question how it's still open!
