It's a great pizza, no denying that. The crust is great with the right amount of char, the tomato sauce is excellent. The options are interesting. But the price per slice is eyebrow raising, $6/slice is a little muchVegetarian options: Veg options availableParking: Parking lot under the marketKid-friendliness: Nothing specific, but what kid doesn't like pizza?Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, right in the market

Well, I didn’t know the name changed which would mean the management changed. I was first in the line where it said line up order here. Ok, I was in a mobility scooter. After being totally ignored until another customer arrived. The employee still totally ignored me and addressed the other customers needs. I moved myself to the cash register where she finally looked at me. I asked ‘are the pizzas in your display all there is to order?’ To which she said “yes”. There were 2 half pizzas there looking tired. I left. Probably will never go back. And will probably share my experience.

Simply the worst pizza I have ever had in my whole life. I hate frozen pizza, this was much worse. They should shut down immediately. Trust me it was bad.the previous pizza joint there made real Italian pizza. that fooled me.

The pear & brie pizza which you can’t find elsewhere is the best. This store has best pizza in Vancouver area - welcome to challenge me if you can! I would drive all the way from Burnaby just for pizza from Pronto :)

Used to be our favorite pizza place as a "bowen island pizza", but today it was our first time trying that nicli "pizza".What a HUGE disappointment! We used to have great pizza there and now ??Bad service, zero slices options (in busy hours Saturday afternoon!!), bad taste in our Mediterranean pizza. What a bad experience....Never back unless Bowen island pizza comes back

BEST PIZZA I’VE EVER HAD. This place never misses, I absolutely adore the ranch bacon pizza. I think about this pizza all the time.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered 4x slices of pizza and 2 drinks, I tried to pay with $100 bill and they would not accept cash as payment. What a joke and how unbelievable to not accept legal tender. Pizza also was not great.

Used to love the pizza here but it was just not good today. The pear and brie pizza was so bland and felt like it was missing ingredients. The staff were unenthusiastic and service was basically not existent. Just overall bad and really put me off what used to be one of my

Yum!! I had to they this pizza place in Lonsdale Quay! I was walking by, and my eye caught the Pear and Brie with caramelized onions! Fresh out of the oven!!! They all smell so good, so I had to also get a slice of the Supreme ?Thin crust, flavourful, sauce was seasoned just right. Enough of everything on the slices. I added a bit of chili seeds on my Supreme, just right!Took my lunch and to the courtyard outside and enjoyed a delicious lunch! One note, pizza go by fast so don’t wait too long if you are really hungry!Good thing they make them all day long!!

I'd prefer to give zero to this place. BOWEN ISLAND Pizza was our favorite on the NS. I didn't know that ownership's being changed. Surprisingly, when I searched last night to find out when they're closing , Google showed me "Bowen Island" name. We couldn't eat the pizza and had to throw it away because we were worried to get sick. However, I was curious about this big quality change and searched the name again today and found out the real name is Pronto, now. This is a fraud! Please remove (previously Bowen Island) from the store name. This is misleading people.

I should have known better ordering pizza from the quay later on a week day... but it's a shame that pizza can be this bland, there's no seasoning in the dough or the sauce and the crust was harshely undercooked. Food court pizza needs to be held to a higher standard. I will say it's probably slightly better during busier weekend/ daytime hours but still no excuses it's pizza.SimpleNo Bueno.
