Amazing burgers. We ordered a chicken sandwich and one of the beef burgers, they were both good. The Spicy chicken burger was the highlight and the fries good too.

Ordered out but looked like a nice place to sit in with attentive staff.

Food tastes great as always, but my dragon bowl is smaller than what it was. They put it in the usual take out container which wasn't even 3/4 full, there's less veggies, the tofu is cut bigger, I even noticed less rice. And at $25 I would prefer the old portion size/qusntity. UPDATE: they sent me a $25 gift card after getting my feedback, so I'm glad their customer care is on top of things. Thank you!!

We had an amazing experience, even though we arrived a bit late. The server and the manager, Araya, were incredibly helpful. She took great care of our order and was very kind. The food was super delicious and highly recommended.

Bad vibes, overpriced for the mediocre quality, unattractive decor, and really creepy weird male servers when I was last there in 2018 (have avoided since). There is a better Browns Social House in lower Lonsdale. That one is way more attractive, way friendlier, and cleaner.

Sat at the bar, half full restaurant. Ordered a drink. She spilled the drink, I cleaned it up with my only napkin, drank the drink, said I wanted another, was ignored, ordered food, got food, still empty drink, ate food, no follow up so it how the food was, still empty drink, still no napkin, no eye contact form the other bar tender, made it clear I wanted another drink, still nothing, finally have to get their attention to pay the bill and then get a dirty look for leaving a low tip for garbage service.

Places like this used to have amazing training programs in place to ensure the highest caliper of service. It’s gone to the dumps.

What a waste of a night coming here.

Was vacationing for a few days in this area. I took my wife and daughter here. We liked what we ordered, especially the sushi appetizer and wings. Then we got another order of sushi for each of us for carry out dinner a couple days later.

This is by my favorite Browns. The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is laid back and welcoming. The food is always fantastic.
Several times my boyfriend or mom and I have had Gavin as our server. After two visits he recognized us instantly. Gavin is just generally fun to have wait on you.
He’s friendly, accommodating, and builds great relationships with guests. I recommend asking for him.
I also spoke with Byron today who was just awesome. I am always impressed to see higher ups on the floor at Browns.
I just love the feel of this establishment.
