The blackened chicken was cooked perfectly, lots of flavour and juicy on the inside. Cowboy salad was fresh and delicious, such a classic, and I appreciated the chef’s attention to my special requests. Thank you!

Ordered a traditional burger from Browns with a lettuce bun $30!!! When it arrived it was cold and completely raw inside. It looked like the patty had been pulled from the garbage and sat under the heating lamp to warm the cheese. The manager agreed to refund. But this is truly disgusting and unacceptable

Our group of friends has been visiting this location for dinner, and we're always impressed by the warm welcome.
Large groups can be challenging, but Cahleigh, their new server, has already won us over!
From the moment we walked in, Cahleigh greeted us with a smile.
What struck us was that she already recognized us and was familiar with our orders .
Her politeness and friendliness made us feel like VIPs.
The food, as always, was delicious, and the atmosphere was lively and inviting.
We had a fantastic time catching up and enjoying each other's company.
We'll definitely be back next week -

I remember eating here last time and I had good experience of that time in here, so I went back there again today, so I went with a friend around 6:00 on Saturday 13th March, but the white server with tattoos on her arms didn't even ask if I wanted tofu or chicken when I ordered the "dragon bowl." So I tried to find the server again, but I couldn't find her. I went to the counter and explained my options to the host. She didn't even bother to give me a spoon, and I needed more plates, but no matter how long I waited, the server didn't even check the order and barely paid any attention. This was the first time I've been treated this rudely. Was she ignoring me because I'm Asian? It really bothered me to see them being so friendly to the other tables except for me. I didn't know that my mood would be so affected by the server this time . She was not kind at all. The food was good however, There was a stain on the drink glass. I wish they would pay more attention to training the servers to be friendly.

March 11 at lower Lonsdale location - We asked a server to seat at a different table because we were right in the middle of the bar with a tiny bar table and two high chairs (I had two big bags) AND a man next table had a very strong cologne that stinking up the area. The server said she will talked to the hostess. We waited for awhile; being ignored no one seemed bother to talk to us or move us to a different table. We waited a bit more and left. A waitress or hostess saw us leaving but said nothing.

We always had a bad service at this location and this was the last straw. We will never come back at this location.

We had an extremely disappointing experience at this location on Valentine's Day. I wrote to the restaurant directly as I dislike leaving bad reviews, but they couldn't be bothered to reply.
We had a table at 8:30 and got a couple of rounds of starters and drinks, and then our server disappeared. We sat with no food or drink at a table fool of dirty dishes for over 50 minutes while asking multiple staff to find our server. Finally, after 50 minutes, we were informed that our server had left, but they could settle the bill with us!!!! ZERO CARE OR APPOLOGY WAS GIVEN!!! We had been trying to order more drinks and food the whole time, but instead, they brought us the bill. Completely baffled by the situation, we repeated to the server that we hadn't ordered dinner yet. To which she replied "oh if you still want to order, I can try to find you another server" while holding the debit machine in her hand. Absolutely stunned by the experience and feeling so mistreated, we left and went somewhere else for dinner.
I wish I could tell you that this situation was caused by a single bad employee, but we asked multiple people for help and no one gave zero care and instead they pushed us out with no dinner and no attempt at apology!!!
