Bubble Tea Bluemoon

Cashier provides poor customer service. I've been here a couple of times, same service. Her tone and communication are not professional. Not a single smile or greeting. She expects you to know what their menu is, instead of her providing explanation as to what that drink is. So rude.

Taro milk tea was good and creamy except I ordered 50% sweetness and they gave me 100%, my brother got the brown sugar milk tea and it was okay, tasted mostly like milk

Oreo Icecream slush and Strawberry Icecream slush are awesome!

I ordered a passion fruit drink and clearly said passion fruit and I get the drink and it’s a mango slush. The exact same thing happened last week. I don’t know if they are using mango for the passion fruit to try and trick but it’s a joke and wasting my money on this.

Pretty good bubble tea. The service is fine, nothing special. Just a good place to get a bubble tea. Staying inside is also nice, clean, not loud and plenty of seats

One Star — Never Going Back!

Absolutely horrible experience at Bubble Tea Bluemoon. My son's drink cup literally broke because of their cheap, flimsy design — the lid was way too thick and tight, and the cup buckled and splashed the entire drink all over his clothes. Instead of apologizing, they snatched the broken cup from him and threw it in the trash, offering no replacement, no refund, and definitely no kindness.

The staff were careless and completely unprofessional. No empathy at all, just greedy attitude and zero accountability for their poor product. How can a bubble tea shop not even stand by their own cup quality?

If you care about your kids, your money, or basic respect, stay far away from this place. There are so many better bubble tea spots that actually treat customers like human beings.

The green tea grapefruit bubble tea was terrible. The matcha wasn’t much better. The teal fruit mango was pretty good.

I come here every Sunday after attending church. I am obsessed with their peach slush 🥰

I always get the Classic Bubble Tea with green tea and boba, and I absolutely love it! The balance of flavors is perfect, and the boba has just the right chewiness. It's my go-to drink every time!

Great place for bubble tea! My favourite is the Mango Milky Tea, though I've been working my way through trying the other milky teas and I have enjoyed all the ones i have tried. The staff are friendly and the service is fairly quick unless they are really busy. The atmosphere is also pleasant if you want to sit and enjoy your drink there.

Super delicious and cute boba place! It's got all of your classic boba flavours, but they are very tasty and consistent to say the least. It's got some nice seating areas in the store, along with some cozy decorations. I highly recommend their mango green tea :)
