Worst service. Rude and their bubble tea is mediocre should treat customers better. When you make a mistake on the order remake it. Cheaper than losing customers. When THEY make a mistake they dont fix it and take your cash.

Got the ice cream taro slush and it was delicious.
Also got the original black Milk tea, hot, with pearls (tapioca).
Tapioca was a little on the hard side, it should be more soft, but overall it was acceptable.
Pretty good quality and prices for upper Lonsdale!
I would recommend it if you're in the area, but Sun Tea provides a much better bubble tea experienced that's what you're looking for.

Hard to decide when coming in for a bubble tea drink. It is good they offer dairy free options but wished I could had one with any milky slushie drinks. They have quite a few options for me to choose but wished it wasn't so overwhelming for me. I only come in once in a while and usually someone else orders my drink for me.
They were very quick with making our custom order.
The environment can get noisey quick so we usually start heading out to walk around the park when possible to enjoy the weather.
My go to order is the mango and strawberry ice cream smoothie with strawberry popping boba and ice it’s always yummy.
My daughter loves this place 😍
Cashier provides poor customer service. I've been here a couple of times, same service. Her tone and communication are not professional. Not a single smile or greeting. She expects you to know what their menu is, instead of her providing explanation as to what that drink is. So rude.
Taro milk tea was good and creamy except I ordered 50% sweetness and they gave me 100%, my brother got the brown sugar milk tea and it was okay, tasted mostly like milk
