Everything is good except the service is complete junk there is max three workers it isn’t fast food I have to wait at least a minimum of 15-20 min for my food like what a joke

We waited about 20 minutes for just two burgers today. I want to make it clear that this was not the staff’s fault they were working non-stop and doing their absolute best.
The real issue was the lack of staff during peak hours. There were only two people working: one at the cash register and one person preparing all the food alone. This is a management problem, not an employee problem. The owner really needs to hire more people to handle busy times properly

This is the nicest bk I've been to, it's warm and inviting, the staff are cheerful and engaging and the food is always right. We have made it a pretty regular spot since the renovation and are always happy with our visit
used to eat at this Burger King often. The Whopper I had recently was still great, as always. But when I visited today, I was really shocked.
First, the vegetables, sauce, and bun were terrible, and the bun even seemed different. Most importantly, the patty tasted like a McDonald’s patty.
In the end, today’s Whopper didn’t taste like Burger King at all—it tasted like an unbalanced McDonald’s burger.
As a result, I don’t think I will be going to Burger King anymore.

Unsure about what they're giving their customers. Just had a burger with the smallest yet thickest tomatoes ... Fries dripping with oil and no salt. And the nuggets were dry and shriveled up. Almost like they were microwaved.. quality has fallen a lot in this place. Would not recommend unless you're really hungry.
