Great spot in Deep Cove. I had a soy latte and avocado toast — both were really good. I usually come here because the staff are super friendly and the vibe is always great. Always a nice place to stop by.

Had their European breakfast which was delicious. The waffle especially. I think the jam was homemade and it was some of the best I've ever had. A must if you're in Deep Cove.

This is definitely one of my favorite café discoveries in Vancouver. I had a matcha latte with strawberry syrup, and it was absolutely extraordinary. The ambiance is calm, charming, and filled with natural light—perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. The service is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend stopping by.

Adorable little cafe and our barista was delightful, I forget her name but she was from Belgium and had a beautiful accent. Will be returning!

Honestly the cutest spot! I got the strawberry waffles and they were honestly the best waffles/breakfast I’ve ever had, especially in Vancouver. Two of my group got the soup and loved it! And then the other two got different toast dishes and loved them too! Foot of us got tea and all were so tasty, and the teapots are adorable as well! One of us got a mocha and loved it! Everything was presented beautifully and the space was just amazing to be in! Will 100% come here again!! Highly recommend!

COFFEE IS AMAZING. Super tasty. Different options. I tried medium and dark brew. I loved them. I also got chocolate donut but it was super sweet. That wasn’t for me but tasty.

Not sure why they didnt want to serve me, I went in and stood at the counter, there was no line, no one said hi to me, then at one point the the woman looked like she was coming to the till; but instead the man and woman said something not in English and the woman looked at me and walked away.
Dont know what I did to them? Ive never been inside there before but always wanted to try because I work very close and it's beautiful in the area. Very sad experience.

Deep Cove has one of our favourite views. But the eating places near the Deep Cove Government Dock didn't offer vegan menus. Besides, we prefer the modern and clean environment in Cafe Orso, and the wooden chairs are comfortable. They have gorgeous looking waffles, but the waffles are not vegan. We ordered have only vegan item on the menu – Signature Avocado on Toast. It's a generous portion with two slices sourdough from Nelson the Seagull, and slices of avocado which we prefer to mashed avocado. The curried apple coconut preserve is also very delicious. I order a small soy latte but wasn't overly impressed with the taste of the expresso. Since this is the only Deep Cove cafe we are comfortable in, we will be back. I can only hope that they will offer a vegan charcuterie board with roasted vegetables and vegan cheese eventually – wouldn't that be lovely? Surely, other people with vegan diet must visit Deep Cove?
