Honestly the cutest spot! I got the strawberry waffles and they were honestly the best waffles/breakfast I’ve ever had, especially in Vancouver. Two of my group got the soup and loved it! And then the other two got different toast dishes and loved them too! Foot of us got tea and all were so tasty, and the teapots are adorable as well! One of us got a mocha and loved it! Everything was presented beautifully and the space was just amazing to be in! Will 100% come here again!!...
Such a sweet restaurant—run with so much heart and guided by high standards. The ambiance is calm, the tea is perfect, and the food is clearly made from scratch and absolutely incredible. An amazing spot to stop for lunch!

To come here due to parking situation but I was in the area and managed to grab a parking spot. I liked the art work , avocado toast and iced late were great. :)
