The day before Christmas I had a slice of vegetable pizza from Captain’s Oven Pizza North Vancouver with a bit of a “surprise”. There was a small PIECE of STONE and a lot of SAND . As a result of that I damaged my tooth, which was broken after a couple of days.Rest of pizza had to be thrown away, it was impossible to continue eat.I am very disappointed and have a bad impression of this pizzeria, also after phone conversation with their manager about my situation.They care about their business, but not about their customers.P.S. After my review you called my manager and slandered me.This is not true and I never asked for financial compensation from your company. Shame on you.And I believe that I have the right to express my dissatisfaction with the current situation.UPDATE:Are you kidding me?It doesn't matter who ordered that pizza for me.I got a piece of pizza with stone and sand inside and damaged my tooth.And that pizza was from Captan's Oven Pizza North Vancouver.Lying is bad.You told my manager that I asked for money. Guess, how do I know about.And most importantly, you still don't want to admit your employee’s fault.

This is our go-to pizza place on the North Shore! The toppings are fresh and I love the Neapolitan style crust. The staff are warm and professional, including the kind delivery driver. They have a great selection of pizza by the slice and service is quick. It’s expensive to eat out as a family of four these days, but I feel like we get good value at Captain’s Oven. Highly recommend!

I was not aware captain's oven was closing early due to the family day holiday hours, but the owner was so incredibly accommodating, saying she would still put the order through for me even though they were technically closed. That was incredibly nice of her, as these days it seems restaurants stop taking orders 30 mins prior to the stated closing time. The owner even thanked me for waiting. Very good customer service!I ordered the Hawaiian and Philly cheese steak pizzas. Both were extremely good. I will definitely give this pizza place my business going forward. I highly recommend it!!
