Asked for tomatillo-Red chili salsa and instead got tomato salsa can’t get simple orders right

Staff were very rude and disengaged did not help with any questions. I wanted steak was dry and looked like jerky. Maximum five pieces of steak in container looks like they might’ve been 12 hours old so we didn’t get steak When got to the counter, the staff was confused when got to the till it was charged wrong and the solution to getting a refund was very lengthy and unnecessary. Was asked if I wanted a free side, but all I wanted was a refund for the money. I dropped my queso on the floor, which I will take was my fault however, when I looked at the staff and said I’m sorry I dropped my queso. I was met with blank stares no help was given or offered or even a word out of their mouth I had to go back-and-forth between the napkin station which was dirty and not refilled to pick up my queso off the floor. There were about seven people working in front of house no questions were answered and no help was given when needed. I honestly think all of the workers need a retraining and how to deal with customer service scenarios just to make everyone’s night a little smoother

But what truly stood out was the service. The staff in line were patient, kind, and attentive to everyone, even during busy moments. There was no rushing, no stress — just genuine customer care. Little things like a friendly greeting or taking a moment to make sure the order was right made the whole visit feel special.

I left feeling grateful, satisfied, and honestly a little uplifted. It’s rare to find a place where the food, the environment, and the people all create such a positive experience. I’ll definitely be coming back — not just for the food, but for the warmth this location brings.

He wasn’t rushing anyone, he wasn’t frustrated — he was patient, respectful, and warm, making everyone feel comfortable even during a busy moment. It’s rare to find someone who brings that kind of calm energy into their job, and it made such a difference.

The food itself was perfect — fresh, warm, and full of flavour. You could taste the quality in every bite. It felt like the team really took their time with each bowl instead of just throwing ingredients together. The portions were great, everything looked clean, and the ingredients tasted like they had just been prepared. Even watching the staff work behind the counter, you could see how smoothly they moved and how well they supported each other.

My family and I stopped by a few days ago and had such a good experience. The food quality was amazing — everything tasted fresh and well-seasoned. The store was spotless, and the service was smooth. Harsh and his co-workers assisted us at the line and was very kind, making sure we got exactly what we wanted. This location is definitely one of the better Chipotle spots!

love the food, but the mobile orders are always delayed. i’d understand if they were a few minutes late because places can get busy but i’ve been kept waiting for over half an hour after my order was supposed to be ready
