This was by far the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. The meat was absolutely disgusting—it had a foul smell and tasted rotten. It was clearly spoiled and should never have been served. This is a serious health hazard, and I can’t believe they’re getting away with serving food in such a horrible condition. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place!

Honestly chiptle can be a little inconsistent at times and I have gotten crappy food from this location before but recently it's been very good. Quick, friendly and good quality and portions

The Best Chipotle Location I’ve Tried

I’ve been to multiple Chipotle locations, but this one stands out as the best. At the heart of a great Chipotle experience is balance—and unfortunately, not every location gets it right. When the ingredients aren’t proportioned well, you can end up with a disappointing meal—too much salsa drowning the entire bowl, barely any rice, or a haphazardly assembled mess.

However, this location consistently delivers the perfect balance, ensuring a satisfying meal every time. The attention to detail and care in preparation truly make a difference. Additionally, the individual who appears to be the manager brings great energy, putting in genuine effort to create a welcoming and lively atmosphere.

There’s a certain spark at this location that other branches lack, and it’s what keeps me coming back. Highly recommended!

Giving this location a one star review because of the long hair in my brisket bowl I found, just before I took a bite . Unfortunately i had consumed half of the bowl by this point. I guess this would explain my upset stomach yesterday after visiting this place. I don’t look forward to today’s upset stomach but do look forward to a day when this kind of thing doesn’t happen. I hope management cleans this place up because I’m not the only one leaving here disappointed judging by the reviews.
Maybe hair nets are a good idea.
Food was decent otherwise but there were some off tastes present, possibly from the corn or salsa.

Seems to be very understaffed. Always very dirty and never enough staff to help everyone in line.

Only good for take out as again, it is usually filthy. Which is odd considering how clean the park royal store is and how much more staff they seem to have.

By far the worst chipotle in the world. First of all, the employees disconnect the phone because they are too lazy to answer. They barely speak English and all the employees just laugh at you and speak Indian to each other. They are incredibly rude, and my Indian friend said they were swearing at customers in Indian.

I attached a photo of my food. Look at how incredibly small the portion is… it’s just a true shame what chipotle has come to.
