I ordered a burrito to go. The burrito size was very large, providing good value for the price. Unfortunately, all of the meat was on one side and the guacamole and other ingredients were on the other side. Also the flavour was basically just salty. The meat was good and juicy. I had the beef barbacoa. I would go back although I would order a bowl or something different than the burrito.
Ordered online, there was 3 long black hairs in the bowls that we ordered, we couldn't eat the food because of this health problem.

Worst Chilpotle I've ever been to. I typically eat Chipolte 1x a week and have found the North Vancouver location to be consistently bad. The rice/veggies are always over cooked, the food is usually cold/not fresh and the people who work there are SO careless with portions. The just slop everything on top without care and I see this happen almost every single time- I will never go to this location again. Don't even get me started on ordering through DoorDash- the quality of their to-go orders are even worse. Very disappointing as I live in North Vancouver. I attribute the above to the staff that work there that clearly do not have a standard of care with their jobs.
