COBS backward is SBOC, which makes absolutely no sense. Another thing that makes no sense is buying your bread from anywhere other than COBS!

Some days you’ll find amazing croissants other days they will be mediocre. This place is very inconsistent for its baked goods. I would only stick to the bread that they make and maybe a cinnamon bun with icing. The croissants do not have as much butter as save on foods or a two dollar croissant at Fresh Street market is 10 times better value than what you would get here for four dollars. They definitely need a little bit more help with their consistency. I would not recommend for anything than what I suggested.
