Gorgeous breakfast treats for us today. Lemon chuffins, chocolate croissants and cinnamon buns. Yum. Friendly and helpful service and some allergen advice.

If you’re wandering through Lonsdale Quay Market, make sure to pop into COBS Bread for a delicious pitstop. Whether you’re grabbing lunch or just treating yourself, their daily-baked goodies are worth every bite.
What to Try :
- Flaky Croissants: Buttery, golden, and perfect with a coffee.

Everything is baked from scratch daily, so you’re always getting the freshest loaves, buns, and pastries—no preservatives, just real ingredients . Pair your pick with a coffee, and you’ve got the ideal market lunch.

I used to love this location. Unfortunately things have changed over the last 6 months (new ownership?). Poor service and quality.
Was fantastic. Now?I will never shop at a bakery where everyone has a beard.Theyre always stroking their beards or twiddling moustaches.Very unsanitary. And the loud music is really annoying.

Here are the best cinnamon rolls in all of Vancouver! Yes, from all over Vancouver!
I love good scones, and while the display at Cobs Bread was tempting, the service was disappointing. When I asked if the triple chocolate scone contained nuts, the staff handed me a slip to read the ingredients instead of answering directly. Shouldn't staff know their products? As a returning visitor to Vancouver, I've noticed a decline in service quality. The staff seemed uninterested and impatient, more focused on closing the sale quickly than helping customers. Instead of getting a box of 6, I only bought one because the staff doesn't know how to promote their products. I hope Cobs Bread improves their service and staff training.

Beware of the cashier here. They charge you for extra items that you haven’t purchased.

We didn't even buy anything! The baker is such a lovely lady, we were talking about how beautiful the product looked compared to other bakeries we've been to, and she rushed out of the kitchen, grabbed 2 of the scones (my partner said, 'those don't look dry like most scones'), bagged them and handed them to us 'to try.'They were AMAZING! Fresh, moist, full of flavour. One was blueberry lemon, which is such a great flavour combination, always, and the other was strawberry passionfruit (or possibly raspberry, I don't remember now) which is a really big burst of flavour! When we saw her again later, eating her lunch, she smiled and waved and thanked us for stopping by to look!We will be buying everything from THIS bakery, even if we have to drive from PoCo.
Great staff. Visited on family day. Loved this store. :)
Deserves 10 stars! Absolutely lovely folks at the counter. Also the first good bread I've had since leaving Germany.
Delicious bread 😋. Thank You Zina
When being helped by a wonderful women working, I overheard a conversation between a customer and your employee Zac, the customer wasn’t wearing a mask and zac asked if she had one then proceeded to tell her it was embarrassing when she responded with no.Not the mask police, super unprofessional..
