Clearly if you sell out before mid day you are not making enough bit their reasoning is to call and ask for it?!?!? So u professional. I live close to here and I am going to lonsdale quay by bus to get real service! This one is a dump!

Over the past year in Vancouver, I’ve tried bread from at least eight different locations of this brand. What’s truly impressive is the consistency — the standard products are always of the same high quality. Still, each branch has its own personality, and the selection varies slightly depending on the neighborhood. If I’m in the mood for a proper ciabatta or authentic Italian bread for toasts, I head to the Italian area near Commercial Drive. When I want a cozier, more local atmosphere, I go to the West Van location. The one closest to me — at the corner of Cambie and West 8th Avenue — is my favorite. The staff there are always so kind, warm, and friendly; it’s impossible not to love them!

The bread slices are NOT uniform. Varying thick and thin slices when they cut a loaf. It's been like this for almost 2 years despite speaking with several staff. I do not have this issue at other locations. Please calibrate your bread slicer.

Cobs Cape Seed Loaf is so delicious fresh or toasted. It is also nutritionally solid and its fibre content is well balanced to keep you regular. Best bread out there!

I stopped consuming breads from long time ago due to unhealthy preservatives on it. Until, because of my friend, I tried COBS BREADS. It’s such a healthy, tasty, fresh and many varieties of breads. I loved almost everything. We’re enormously grateful and appreciative to COBS BREADS. We wish you all the best and much more prosperity.

I’d gotten a twisted roll and I don’t know what was wrong with it, but it was not possible to bite your teeth through it..probably became very hard out of sitting out for too long. I took it back and the staff happily offered me other choices and they are all superb!!! I do wish you would add more bite sized savory options.
The only question I have is with one item I purchase. Chorizo and Prosciutto pizza. They taste amazing. I've bought other items there over the years, never a problem with quality/taste etc.. It's a great store. I also want to say the staff are always very friendly every time I visit the store.
I go in Friday, Monday, and Tuesday after 5, and they are sold out, Fine. I go in at noon on my lunch break on Wednesday, and you are already out... at noon. I was told by one staff member that they are usually put out around 8:30, I'm at work by that time, so I ordered some for Thursday p/u.
I guess my question is, if the product is so popular, can you not increase the number made?
