Copperpenny has been a recent discovery for us and we’re so glad we found it! It provides a unique experience of both food and drink with their “unapologetically Canadian” gins/spirits and delicious Panini’s. If you’re looking for a great vibe and better drinks, give Copperpenny a try!
Copperpenny is a gem. Their house-made gin is outstanding, and the cocktails really show it off. Georgia made the whole experience — she’s funny, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through the different gins with real care and enthusiasm.
