Extremely sweet.
Oil smells burnt.
Hope to see this place get better.

The portion for the nuggets and tots have really gone down. See the photos for my order within the last 30 minutes. It was not like this before. Guess I won’t be going back anymore.

donuts are so good! such a good hidden gem in North Vancouver. Pricey overall, but really cute and good vibes for a boutique restaurant. Love love love the vibes! Will be back, of course.

Wheelchair accessibility: *able bodied reviewer* access into the restaurant and up to the counter, and in the bathrooms is great! Not sure if there’s an automatic door button, and the biggest problem would likely be the alleyway to get to the restaurant. It’s a back alley, and it’s bumpy and fairly narrow and busy!

They overcooked the fried chicken, almost with a burnt taste. The chicken sandwich was good. Donuts were basic, I dont think they were worth $3.50 each. Very overpriced.

Tried for the 1st time today.
Was confused on where to park and ended up getting a dirty look from a staff member outside when I parked in the staff only parking. I was just running in to pick up my order so didn't think it would be a big deal.
As for the food. Ordered a 4 piece OG and got a bonus 5th piece.
Chicken was crispy and tender on the I side and hit the spot perfectly.

We visited Cream Pony last night for dinner and had a wonderful experience! I had the Glazer and tried a ton of the donuts. All fantastic!

If you’re taking donuts home, put them in your air fryer for 30 seconds. Soooooo good! Especially the little timbit ones.

chicken sandwich was SOOOOOOOO good, but the donuts were just kinda meh to me? they tasted a bit funky, but maybe it’s because i didn’t get the right flavours. i went pretty late, so options were limited 😕

Ohh Yeah

Yes there are many donut shops around, but Cream Pony is by far the best one.
Their donuts aren't sweet in the batter, their flavors are amazing. They literally have the best fried chicken in the Lower Mainland, plus their collaboration with Street Car Brewery is brilliant.
Highly recommend for anyone to give them a try.

Donuts were pretty good. Fried vegan chicken tasted good. But I was expecting a much more hefty sandwich for 15 bucks. Chicken sandwich was tiny and very expensive for what it was

I have to give a follow up on my original 2 start review and why I have made a new one and only gave this 1 start.

In my review I explain that the chicken had a funky taste and the service was not good. The owner of this store asked me to email them and on Dec 1st I did email them and explained in greater detail what happened. It has now been a week since I emailed the owner and I have not had a response yet.

When you ask someone that has a bad experience at your restaurant to email you should you not respond in a timely manner? I know as a store manager myself that I take 10 minutes a day to respond to complaints if I have any.

Not even the good donuts can get me to come back in at this point.

Very cute little shop, and super awesome place to get a quality donut (I love their apple fritter). And I’m picky about my donuts! Haven’t tried their fried chicken but friends who frequent say it’s delicious
