I ordered a pizza yesterday and was very disappointed with the quality. This was unexpected, as your pizzas have always been good before. The quality was so low that even a frozen pizza would have been a better option.

The quality of the restaurant has significantly declined following the change in their staff. I personally witnessed a very concerning incident where an employee was refilling ketchup, some of which spilled outside the container. Instead of discarding it, he used his bare finger, without wearing gloves, to collect the spilled ketchup and put it back into the container. Additionally, there was a strong and unpleasant smell of sweat throughout the environment, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Due to these serious hygiene concerns, we decided to leave, did not receive my food at all, and requested a refund.

Recently, the quality of their food has dropped significantly and their service is really poor. They don’t know how to treat customers properly. Unfortunately, this kind of attitude is something you mostly see in some Iranian restaurants; in most places, customer service is the top priority, but not here. They treat customers very badly. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

We ordered two super pizzas, Mediterranean and Meat. They were amazing—so delicious and generously sized. There were five of us, and we could only finish one pizza! It was that huge. We packed the other one to take home. The French fries were also incredibly tasty and had a unique flavor. The nostalgic drinks completed the experience. The staff were friendly and polite. Even if just once, you should try this pizza!
