I called in Oct 17th to make a birthday order for the 20th. Thr lady on the phone was so accommodating. She sent a emails of details and we had the most perfect cake.

Visited this afternoon because my girls wanted blizzards. The system was down and debit wasn't working. I offered to go to the gas station next door to the ATM. Gas station didn't have one so I walked to the TD across the street which wasn't working. When I got back to Dairy Queen the system was working again but I was a little frustrated. Not with the employees in any way. They handled the situation calmly and gracefully. I paid and thanked them and headed out to the car and a young man came after me and gave me a Dilly Bar because I had walked to the bank machine across the street. This was a very kind gesture and absolutely made my night. Thank you to him. It's just a Dilly Bar but the thought behind it meant a lot. Will definitely be back! You have wonderful employees and they deserve recognition for their thoughtfulness!

These scam artist gave me a small cone when I ordered a medium, after waiting 10+ minutes with not many other orders.
I was too scared to confront them this hostile environment it will definitely never return. Don’t make the same mistake as I did

Went today, infestation of flys that grown colonies on the side window by the booths, went outside to avoid it, and the smell of the trash outside made us leave.
