Poor customer service, staff not friendly

great local spot!! seating is often tricky, but the patio and outdoor spaces are really great when it’s nice out. food selection is large but runs out fast. drinks are consistently good, occasionally out of this world fantastic! you have to try delaneys chocolate whipped cream at least once. trust me.

Super friendly staff and the coffee was delicious! We had an iced americano and a cappuccino and both were perfect. I appreciated the cinnamon and cocoa powder shakers right where the coffee is picked up - super convenient!

Much better than Starbucks IMHO. Best coffee I tried in Canada. Some nice fresh cafe foods also.

A beautiful coffee shop with friendly staff, amazing pastries and food. Only one suggestion - your in-house roasted beans are way too dark. A medium roast looks like a dark roast to me. I would love it if you sell some lighter roast coffee.

Today, I had the sweetest experience ever. I went to this coffee shop with my dog and waited outside, keeping an eye on when there were no customers so I could quickly go in, order my drink, and come back out because my dog starts crying if I leave her alone. There was a kind employee who saw us and came outside to take my order. She even brought my coffee out to me. It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture, and I truly appreciate her kindness. Thank you very much!

I come here often, and I’m always greeted with warm, friendly service—special shoutout to Tia and April! They go above and beyond every time, ensuring that everything is just right.

Big fan of this little cafe, convienient location right by the library so even though the cafe itself isn’t the best for studying, great place to grab a drink or snack. Lunch items are also pretty good. Would recommend!

Great atmosphere, lots of places to sit outside. Very friendly staff. Latte was perfect and the carrot cake was soooo delicious! We also tried the tomato bocconcini sandwich and it did not disappoint!

The iced latte had a strong coffee flavor and a smooth texture. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The outdoor seating was comfortable and provided a great environment to relax and enjoy the coffee.

Omg such a cute place, lively and open air. Reaaaaally tasty latte. Pretty nice berry tea. I didn't get any food but it all looked delicious next time I will get food.

Always like going to Delaney's for coffee although it would be nice if they gave a small discount for seniors!
