Great coffee, nice atmosphere, very good bathrooms.
Best coffee ever
No Wi-Fi available? đ¤Śââď¸
I wouldnât have come here if Iâd known earlier.
You really should have put up a sign about the lack of Wi-Fi before I paid for the coffee.
Extremely slow service, even with the place nearly completely empty; the staff is more interested in each other than in customers. Pastries and cakes are very sweet.
Very friendly and the coffee is great
I love the chai latte. They make it different, ooh, and the gluten-free cookies.

Have been coming here since I was a little kid, I love this place. Food and baked goods are great, coffee is good, and the staff are always nice. Not going to lie I hated the renovations they did, made the inside feel like any other ânewâ coffee shop and a little soulless. Still feels like the heart of Edgemont.

Great spot, would rate higher except for the lack of wifi and table usage time limits.
Coffee is good! Not a massive fan of the food selection. Would love some simple panini options

Today I had a terrible experience at this coffee shop. I entered and saw a customer who was ordering her coffee and I stood behind her. Then an older man passed me and stood in the different direction. I didnât think much about it. Then another couple came and stood behind the older man. I assumed everyone can see me standing here when no one was in line (including people at the cash). So I went ahead and started placing my order. That was when the cashier started asking if it was my turn and I explained to her I was behind the lady who just left. Instead of a simple apology She said she didnât see me because that lady was blocking her sight. Pleas note I am not a short or petit person to be missed. I told the older man that I am not in rush and he could go ahead. At this moment another worker came from back and in an insulting tone as if she is teaching a child pointed at a direction and told me that the line starts there. I was a bit offended by this point and looked for a sign to see if I had missed any sign. So i said I didnât see any signs, i explained when I entered there was only one person here. the person on cash shook her head and said itâs fine. But her body language was insulting. Looking at people in line and looking and me with rolling eyes. I felt so embarrassed. It was a terrible situation to be in. After paying for my order, I sat down waiting for someone to call my name for my coffee. By this time, a long line was behind me. I sat for quite a long time watching everyone behind me getting their coffee and leave. When I realized that they havenât even started my order I just had enough, asked for a refund. Again the lady who made a refund was absolutely rude. Itâs so sad to see customers service of such an amazing company is declining to this point. I believe in education and training. I hope someone from management reads this post and takes customer service training a priority because I am sure with this staff this will be a recurring issue.

I love all branches of Delanyâs CafĂŠ. The products are high-quality, everything is delicious, and the service is great. I especially love the Edgemont Village and West Vancouver branches and highly recommend them.
