Update: I have ordered twice more via Skip The Dishes, been told my order was confirmed, only to show up to pick it up DURING THEIR POSTED OPENING HOURS, only to find that the whole place is closed. Just terrible customer experience.Just picked up my first order, and the food is fabulous, and great value for money. The folks in the restaurant are just lovely- so friendly! I’ll definitely be ordering there again :)
Vegetarian options: I always look for paneer, which they had, so full marks :)

I ordered on 8 sept at 8’o clock on skip. Google shows delhi darbar opens till 11 pm and order was confirmed as well. I was waiting but suddenly order is cancelled itself. It was very disgusting and skip agent said that restaurant is closed. I found it very bad.

Complete garbage! Don't know what happened to this place, use to to be really good, last 2 times I ordered wasnt the same, garlic naan bread was rock hard, had to throw everything in the garbage, maybe under new management.

Chicken korma and mattar paneer were delicious - quite spicy so ask for mild if you don't want hot. Big portions. Veg pakora were different than I'm used to and so good! Lightly salted on the outside, crunchy but not oily. Nice folks cooking and serving too. I'll go back.

Worst food and worst service. Today I ordered food from there but there was spoon in it and i mentioned it in instructions. When i called them i think an employee or owner picked my call. He was speaking rudely with me. I’m working in subway and we never treat our customers like that. It is better not to order food from that restaurant. Thanks

3 stars for butter chicken - could HV been more thick with more cream , butter and more portion of chicken. 5 stars for tandoori chicken. I had half tandoori Chiken which was quite a good portion,they could HV given more green chutney. Flavor of chicken was v good -spicy and juicy
They must work on their butter chicken
Naan bread was also big in size
Wish this place all the best , it could be a great addition to Indian restaurants in the small community of North Vancouver

We love their rice + curry bowls. Great size for 1 person + leftovers. Limited flavours but we have our faves. Mild is usually medium. Fast service. Don’t order from their website, not reliable. Order from the delivery apps.

Ordered delivery and the whole bag was delivered oily. Everything made sense when I saw the curry, there was a layer of oil on it and only 6 small pieces of lamb in it. Really disappointing…couldn’t eat it.

Every time my partner and I order here it is absolutely delicious and the service is relatively quick. We have not yet been in the actual restaurant but hopefully we will soon. We always oder the same things which are: either butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, vegetable pakora, plain rice, plain naan, and/or garlic naan. The chicken itself is not the best chicken I have had (in terms of tenderness and flavour), but it is always nicely cooked, there are more than 4 pieces (other places on the North Shore have a tendency to only give like 3-4 pieces of chicken lol), and the flavour of the sauces makes up for it.The food is also well priced - it is hard to go out these days without breaking the bank so I really appreciate places like this who offer more food at a lower price. I do not have any photos yet but hopefully soon I will be able to snap some of the delicious meals! Also the photos taken (at the time this was written) do not do their food justice lol! Our dishes have always looked really yummy.
