I have had Banh Mi at quite a few locations, but theirs is one of the best. Great on flavours and taste. At a price of $12 the 10” sandwich is quite reasonable when you compare with others in the market. Definitely recommend this place.

I arrived at 6:55 PM to take a look at the menu. The person at the entrance spoke to me rudely, simply saying it was closed—without even greeting me, offering any help, or showing a smile. This was especially disappointing since it contradicted the lady inside who had politely asked, “How can I help you?
Overall, I’m very disappointed with the customer service, and I do not recommend this restaurant.

Dex Burger food is the spot to enjoy authentic and variety of different choices. The Banh Mi (Vietnamese Sub) is absolutely delicious, packed with meat, juicy and flavorful. 10 stars!

Food was excellent! Had Grilled Shrimp on Vermicelli and my wife had Spring Roll with Vermicelli. Grilled shimp served with carmalized onion, which added a new twist and increased the flavour.
We both would have this again.

Very disappointing experience. The burger tasted like a frozen product, even worse than what you’d get from Costco. The poutine was just a messy pile of fries in a plastic container, and the whole meal felt like pre-prepared food that was simply reheated in a microwave. Not recommended at all.

Excellent find!
The old chinese man who served me has a huge lack of customer service skills. I asked him that I wanted my burger without sauce and pickles, and he put sauce and pickles on it.
I don't think it's too hard to listen what the customer wants, and when I asked him a question, he responded me in a bad way.
The spicy beef pho here is on point! Delicious!
