Had a blast working at this restaurant—the owner’s so generous, he handed me $40 for just two hours! The staff vibes like family, the sandwiches are legendary, and the kitchen’s so clean it could star in a commercial. Now I’m just waiting for the owner to call me back would absolutely love to work with them again!

I ordered the vegan sandwich for delivery, and not only was I sent the wrong sandwich, but I was sent one full of cheese when I specifically selected the no cheese option, and on a vegan sandwich no less. I can’t eat my food, and fortunately I don’t have serious allergies because I bit into it without checking. If you have any kind of allergies or concerns be wary, and check your food before you eat it. Wasted my money and only got a $4 refund….

The best business in deep cove village!!! There is nothing like grabbing a huge tasty sandwich that you can split with a friend and walk to the grass and watch a beautiful view of deep cove. Every time I have guests in town. I make sure I take them to deep cove and of course Dip Co is part of the trip. The place is super clean, everything is fresh, the rotating of the produce is so high. Super recommended!!!

While sandwiches are commonplace and slightly uninspiring lunchbox meals we often make ourselves for school/work over the years, visiting Dip Co and ordering from their impressive selection was an inspiration and reminder about what makes a great sandwich, and how good it feels after eating one.
It starts with fresh, focaccia style bread that has a soft springy centre but a slight crunch on the outside, with minimal greasiness so the fingers and lips stay clean. Then it is the thoughtful sequence of layering the cold and warm ingredients – the combination of soft textured meats, the chunky chutney, the firm cheese the leafy greens interspersed with the crisp and fragrance of the dried onions. We could taste all the ingredients in each bite, and the combinations worked well.
As one of the most popular stores in Deep Cove on the weekend, they run a large but efficient staff team to cater to the demand from the many visitors who come hike the nearby trails. While we waited a while for our order, it was made from a fresh batch of bread so the wait felt justified. Besides, their shop stocked plenty of interesting imported groceries stocked that made for a fun browse.

It’s busy for a reason. Everything here is amazing! We tried a few sandwiches and grabbed some packs of German sweets, and they were all fantastic. The flavors are spot on, and the quality is top-notch. Highly recommend giving them a try!
