Called the store after noticing that my online order wasn't showing up, only to be greated by a very rude and nonapologetic girl. She told me my order was cancelled because they couldn't reach me on my phone (I have no missed calls or voicemail at all from them) and their reason is that they apparently call their new customers to confirm who they are before placing the order for real. though, the tracker online was showing that my pizza was made and being delivered but in fact, it was never even prepared. To me it just sounded like they don't trust their clients and want to make sure I ordered a pizza for real. I placed dozens of orders through the Domino website through the years (never with that specific store) and never ever ran into any problem. They might want to review their processes and also change their approach and attitude with their clients.

Can't go wrong with Dominos Pizza! They have a great variety of pizzas to choose from and which you can also customize. My friend and I ordered online and the order was ready in about 15mns which was great because we were pretty hungry!The service was good and staff were friendly.

Unbelievably rude staff, I waited about 15 mins for food and I ordered to add green pepper. In those 15 mins all the staff was speaking in Hindi (which I understand) joking about customers !! OMG like who does that .When I received my food , it had pepperoni on it instead of green peppers and when I asked that it’s a mistake , the lady on the counter who was making fun of other customers told me that I said green pepperoni (I mean , what’s a green pepperoni) the staff had so much audacity that I kept waiting to talk to the manager , his name is Hemant and they kept telling me he is busy from 7pm-11:30pm. I waited , I called but no answer from Hemant.I am more upset than angry! I mean who jokes about the clients eating choices. Dominos needs to fire each and every one who does that , who knows what they talked about me when I left . Poor clients who don’t understand Hindi and being harassed at this store and employees still say I daud green pepperoni, and I still don’t know what that is .Never going back to get insulted and request everyone to stay away if you don’t wanna be insulted about your food choices .
We went to order and pick up because they usually mess up with the deliveries. We had to order it 3 times as they messed it up right in front of us. We used to go regularly when Alex owned the place and it was the best. Gone downhill. Hopefully Alex and Kevin resolve the issue to what is damaging their business name. It is very rude when they are getting mad and talking in their language.

Incorrect pizza delivered twice, 2hrs after order the second was delivered. Rude staff answering the phone, more than one comment of 'I can't help you we are really busy', plus 'can't call the manager to confirm what he said to you as there's a lot going on right now'. Call terminated at Domino's end more than once, on hold for 10 minutes before being cut off at one point. Pizza's are always delivered cold, learned to put the oven on when ordering to pop the pizza in when it arrives.

As a bachelor a staple of life is a dependable local pizzeria. Well forget about this establishment. more than half the time the order is screwed up. They forget to include things that you paid for, and make it sound like a real favour to give credit for it the next time you order. Unacceptable. Cold pizza warm pop. Look elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would.
