Kind of a middle of the road experience. The perfect place to take a date, spend a bit and not horrify her by eating like a savage. Portions are modest. Unfortunately im on a different program and like a little more value out of the perifferals. Rice, potatos, veg and bread are all dirt cheap.
It bothers me when i pay upwards of $30 for a mostly empty plate. Youre selling food, not art.

Had an incredible experience at Douce Diner in North Vancouver! The vibe is cozy and welcoming, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. Our server, Riley, was absolutely fantastic—attentive, kind, and made us feel right at home. The food was delicious, fresh, and clearly made with care. Everything from the atmosphere to the little details made this visit memorable. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area—you won’t be disappointed!
