Wow. I came here for the French toast and it was better than I expected. Fluffy brioche bread, fresh fruit, crispy bacon. My husband had the Denver-ish Bowl, which was delicious, too. Super friendly staff, great atmosphere. We’ll be back!

Douce Diner has a charming and nostalgic vibe that really sets the mood for a laid-back brunch or lunch. The menu brings a nice mix of classic comfort food with some modern twists, and everything we ordered was tasty and fresh. The service was warm and attentive, though a bit slow during the busy hours — which is understandable for a popular spot. Overall, it’s a great local gem worth checking out, especially if you enjoy cozy diners with personality.

One of the best places for breakfast in North Vancouver. There is something for everyone. The lemon curd on the granola is delicious. The eggs Benny, the waffle and milkshakes are a must. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is fun! Enjoy!
