Love Earnest & their ice cream - however this location gives the smallest scoops! At the other locations in Vancouver, I get a scoop hanging over the sides of the cone, whereas at this location it barely touches the edges. It's probably 20% less ice cream - I wonder if they're training the staff differently here..

First, the location is fantastic. You can walk around Lonsdale Quay and get ice cream on a sunny day.The people are so nice. They even gave a free cone for my toddler who changed a mine at the last minute.Had the cookies and creme and the raspberry . Loved the cookies and creme. Raspberry was alright.

I've been here way too many times, and I keep on coming. I love almost all the flavors and seasonal flavors. My favorites gotta be Lemon Tart, Whiskey Hazelnut, and the vegan Nanaimo bar. Also, their ice cream sandwiches(sammies) are wonderful. I would recommend the double chocolate Sammie.The staff have been superb every time I've come by.

Very good milk chocolate ice cream, but I think I'm going to stick with Baskin Robbins, Marble Slab or Rocky Point ice cream, as Earnest ice cream only comes after standing in a very long line up.
Never a time the green Matcha ice cream did not slap. Hard to pick between their version and the Häagen-Dazs version. Close match indeed.

It says “seriously good”. It IS seriously good. Using much less sugar brings out the earl gray (London Fog), cold brew coffee flavors.

It’s fantastic! They offer a wide range of delicious flavors. You can enjoy your ice cream there or take it to go. The staff is friendly and helpful even when it’s busy. The ice cream is reasonably priced and absolutely delicious.
