Bought an almost $6 bubble tea today with old bubbles. I won't be returning here. They have poor food handling practices. Just look at my pictures there is no way that you can't tell the pearls are old!

I tried calling the Brooksbank location at 9:25pm to discuss a $64.00 order via Skip the Dishes and they WOULD NOT answer the phone!! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

They seemed so busy with backlogged online orders that I couldn't even place an order. The service was the worst, with a blank expression and no greeting. The service was so terrible.
So I moved to Ticotime next to this restaurant instead(The owner was so kind)

Very bland food. Veggie noodle bowl has no flavour and zero protein. Mushrooms are extra cost and they’re the cheapest vegetable, makes no sense. $4 extra to add a tiny portion of tofu, no thanks.Edamame has no salt. Just soggy beans.

I have been to this place so many times but last I visited they had great deals. Each day of the week they get some deals which are worth trying. I went on Thursday with a deal of 16 pieces of sushi and only 9.99 CAD. The rolls were medium sized but really delicious and I loved the FOOD.Each had 4 pieces - Tiger roll, dynamite roll, California and volcano.The one with shrimp tempura was just Wowwww. I am now gonna try their 3 CAD Bubble teas on Monday.
I ordered boba it was undercooked over all pretty good needs better milk

I put a severe mushroom allergy and you gave us extra mushrooms. Now we are having a very severe allergic reaction, no one is answering the phone there. This is a very horrible medical issue. Can a manager please reply.

Disappointed! Was better before. Now the teriyaki sauce is watery. No flavour! (Had a bunch of liquid at the bottom of my container, the sauce use to be thick) the noodles weren’t great, you can’t get the normal veggies with the noodles anymore. The veggies they give you with the noodles are horrible and the veggies were not cooked at all.

This store was great except for being racists. So basically what happened is, when someone was picking their food, I think that person picked up the wrong one, the chef said « oh excuse me it’s wrong one » and I accidentally picked wrong one too, that chef litterally yelled at me creepy, he was like « uh! HEY!! »is it a good idea to yell at the costumers and racism to people ?and now I can’t just stop thinking about it. I mean why do they be so racist. I would rather just eat with another store. Please don’t buy a food here. I do NOT like as a personal. Im never EVER going to go there. I hope you guys notices some respects for everyone.
