I am surprised that the pizza did tasted great in comparison to those big pizza chains out there. It's crispy and generous on toppings. Servers are pleasant and helpful. The whole family loved their vegetarian pizza.

Really enjoy the energy of the staff here, particularly Adrian. Popped in for a quick slice of pizza and found him to be pleasant, engaging, and even small gestures of suggestions on which dip for my pizza were helpful and felt genuine.

Adrian was very patient while I fumbled through my wallet to find my punch card. He is very nice to chat with and very helpful. The Flying Wedge was delicious!

A few nights ago, I went to Flying Wedge - Park and Tilford, for the first time in a long time (because I've been away). Now while the pizza's here is great...what led me to write this review is Deon. He was working by himself and had a rush of customers from dine-in, to take-out to deliveries for pick-up. Deon was in total octopus mode, getting everyone's orders ready in a timely manner, while simultaneously engaging with the customers, smiling AND sending well wishes to each one as they left which I thought was absolutely AMAZING!!!! He created such a welcoming environment that enhances the enjoyment of the meal. It's evident that Deon genuinely cares about customer satisfaction which I find truly commendable as it's rare to see this level of customer service and passion these days, and It's refreshing to encounter a young professional like Deon who not only meets the standard expectations of customer service but exceeds them with a level of maturity and dedication. Having been a pizza shop owner in the past myself, I believe that Deon is an asset to Flying Wedge and someone I look forward to having future interactions with when I go there. Thank you Deon :)

I drop in before working the afternoon shift occasionally and pick up a few pieces of whatever pizza they have going. Always tastes good and the server Adrian is a big help. Always polite and knowledgeable .

I come here often (or used to), but unfortunately the staff were rude, wouldn’t honour coupons that were on the website and weren’t willing to call a manager for support since they didn’t know how to do it. When I then inquired about another discount they were marketing in the shop I was told it was only for pick up. I said yes, I’m picking up. But was told I should have placed the order over the phone standing outside of the restaurant instead of ordering at the till then I’d get the deal. Not sure why this is a thing or why this person at the cash was so rude about it and unwilling to even budge. This is a place we frequent as a family and we were super disappointed in the treatment.

Customer service was friendly and timely. Wedge Pizza was extremely disappointing. The sausage was inedible and i don’t think it was real meat. There was also bbq spots on the pizza that was not supposed to be there. Herb crust tasted like wheat bread with a chemical aftertaste.
