I enjoy it’s was not super loud, cool and chill! The Guy who served us was super patient, and knew I was sharing a burrito with my sister so he kindly cut it in half and taped the paper so it wouldn’t fall apart, and we soo appreciated that! We ordered a tropical smoothie and Oaxaca burrito and it tastes so classic! Thanks for serving us :)

While I like the food we went in and the tables were dirty. I asked to use the cloth and staff came out, did a cursory part wipe and went back. I went back and asked for the cloth myself and gave it a bit of scrubbing, which looked and felt like it had not happened in a week. The cleaning water was cold and murky with no smell of any type of cleaner. Also I did not get all the items I ordered.

I wanted to use their flyer coupons. First they said its only for online order. Then claimed that the date is not valid. When I showed that its not an online coupon and date is also valid they rejected the coupons claiming that they don’t know about these coupons! ( what does that even mean! )

I took lemon grass soup , it was uncooked vegetable in hot spicy water , waste of money for $8.35
The girl who made my food was friendly. Very good service. Food was pretty good. I deducted a star because she didn't put any sesame dressing in my bowl. Would probably come back though if I'm ever in the area again.

Ordered the Saturday special, it was a steak bowl, instead got a vegetarian bowl (no meat). Had to pay extra for meat. When I asked about it the person working there said that the special is no meat, and refused to honor the deal, no where was it written the special is without protein, neither did the person tell us about ‘no protein’. This is bad business practice, why would you put different specials every day if everyday is just the same veg bowl, then be rude about it saying it is head quarters that told us to do it this way.
