I just walked in and saw the biggest smiles of all time!! I had Kirandeep and Anne there today and they are just the sweetest people ever! Talking about the drinks, i had chocolate peanut butter and freshii green and just WOW! Thank you again you guys you made my day!??

Wish I could give 5 stars. Really appreciate the fresh food but not the customer service. My small daughter spilled our $9 smoothie. Would they replace it? No, not even a discou t...said it "wasn't their fault"....? $18 for one smoothie...terrible customer service...?

Really enjoy the food and the place is clean and well designed but they need to train their staff better. Whenever I ask for MTC oil in my smoothie, which is clearly on a placard on the counter, I more often than not get a confused look and then told they don't have any. So now I tell them, yes you do and they go to the back and get it. How this keeps happening who knows.

Really really not good anymore :(. Chicken is processed and ice cold on my salad which cost 22$. Maybe it’s me because I used to like it but my salad was just really not good this time. I got the market salad + add chicken and avocado. I probably won’t be back anymore.

Dude i just ate the worst burrito of my life!! It was so dry and plain that i thought i was eating cardboard!! I still ate the whole thing cause i was hungry as a maf and had no food but by half way through i was in a fight too the death between me and the rito. The burrito won 3 stars

Burrito was tiny and dry with barely any sauce and the shake was like flavoured ice. Can't believe that these two garbage items were $20. First and last time here.

If you want a dry wrap or salad go for it. There is never enough sauce on anything so I paid extra for more sauce and the sauce was almost nonexistent.

Just tried a burrito. The half with sauce in it was decent. 2 Coworkers got bowls and we all agree not enough dressing/sauce. One was ordered with extra dressing/sauce and did not receive.
Food is great but not sure why the website defaults to 18% tip when you order for pickup..

First time. Check online menu so I knew what I would want to order. I assumed as they did not ask whether I wanted or not that I would get a dressing I did not. I ordered I couple of bowls so I would have for the next couple of days … no dressing. Kind of disappointing. Staff should not assume everyone knows the product. Reading the reviews and no comments from management or Freshii.Definitely won't be going back.

I never leave reviews but this is by far the worst Freshii on the north shore and needs to be called out.They don’t give a **** about customer service and it is evident in their customer interactions. Some staff are straight up rude right off the bat. Furthermore, I eat at other locations and frequently get the same thing, yet it never tastes the same at this location. Not sure what is going on at this store, but it ain’t it.

Very disappointed. I regularly go there as I am a vegetarian and have fewer options than the most. This particular night of October 8, 2021 around 7:00pm, I came in and the girl says hi to me and I say hi back. Then I stand there for a few minutes watching her doing her own thing (organizing sales receipts and stuff).- Me after 2 minutes: Is anyone going to take my order?- Her: Give me 1 seconds.- Me: It's been minutes now!She comes and ask me with an attitude what I want. I ordered a smoothie with Vega protein in it. I pay and then she goes back to organizing the receipts !Few minutes later she finally starts making the shake and again gave it to me with an attitude.P.S. I am not sure if the protein was even there because it sure didn't taste like it but when I asked she said yes, it's there. So who knows...
