My second bowl in a row that was just some lettuce and a bit of shaved carrot and dressing? For $10? not long ago they were hearty and filling and now it's clearly gone downhill. Lost customer :(

Freshii was awesome when it first came on the scene - what happened? Staff were great but the food just isn’t good enough to justify it over any other fast casual option in the area
I visited Freshii this weekend to have Pangoa bowl but it wasn't on their menu anymore. Luckily, the lady over there was so considerate and customized it for me. The bowl was quite balanced nutritionally. You get an option to easily modify the bowl to suit your dietary needs—options to add extra protein (like chicken or tofu), remove cheese for a vegan version, or switch to base as greens or quinoa for a low-carb option. I really enjoyed a mix of fresh, zesty, and slightly sweet flavors.

Ordered a 2 for 1 bowls through Uber which seemed too good to be true....it was too good to be true as they heavily shrinked it from the usual portion. Please don't offer a two for one if it's a lie. I'd be happy to pay full price to receive a consistent product. If you advertise a special it should indicate if the portion has changed.

Two stars instead of one because the staff was so friendly but holy. My partner and I came in for lunch today. The chicken in my bowl was inedible. After 3 bites of straight fat he picked all the chicken out of the bowl for me so I could finish my lunch. Unfortunately we’d taken it to go and didn’t want to go back for a refund. Even the edible portions of the chicken were overcooked. I was a bit concerned when I noticed them steam cooking pre cooked chicken for the bowl but I unfortunately decided to trust the process. Sad because I was already having a bad day and this takeout lunch was an effort to get some good food in me to make me feel better. The smoothie was really good though. I think there needs to be some adjustments to the cooking methods for the meat. I would’ve way rather had cold chicken from an edible cut in my bowl. At least half the meat should’ve been discard pieces which is not at all what I was expecting from this place. Sorry to say we won’t be back because it’s a cute spot and the staff were awesome.

The worst Texas steakhouse you can have is in this area.I ordered two Texas steakhouse and after the first bite I asked staff to change it for us because the steak tasted terrible.Even though the staff said it was because she put yesterday's steaks in our sandwiches, she didn't give us new sandwiches because she said other customers were happy with the taste of the meat.This was the second time we had this experience there, the first time we thought it could happen anywhere and refrained from telling them, but today I realized that even if we told them then, nothing changed.??So we left our sandwiches there.We were wasting our money and time on our lunch break.
