I ordered a smoked ham sandwich and it was honestly not good at all.
The ham tasted weird, the pizza cheese wasn’t even melted, and the bread was stale.
I had tried their pizza before and that wasn’t good either.
In my opinion, the prices are definitely not worth the quality of the food.
I really don’t recommend it.

So bad. Food quality is very low. It is not sausage it is a hot dog and a bad hot dog. 27$ for one sandwich. I had one bite and couldn’t even swallow it.

Honestly, this was one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. It was so heavy — especially the dough. Thick, dense, and just hard to eat. I felt full after two bites, and not in a good way.
And what really bothered me was that they made us pay (including the tip!) before even getting the food. Like seriously, how am I supposed to tip before I know if the food’s any good? If I’d paid after, I definitely wouldn’t have left a tip.
On top of that, it was way too expensive for what it was. Totally not worth the money.
Overall, a terrible experience. Definitely not coming back.

The worst ever burger ever made in the world. Never ever again! Very low quality meat.

Haida is one of those spots you try once and instantly know you’ll be coming back. The sandwiches are massive and loaded with flavor — every bite feels like a perfect combo of freshness and richness. The Haida Royal and the Rainbow Sandwich are my absolute go-tos.

You can tell the ingredients are high quality and the portions are super generous. Service is friendly, quick, and the vibe feels warm and welcoming. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or even a late-night craving.

If you’re into hearty sandwiches with a Persian twist, this place will blow you away. Definitely a must-try in Vancouver!

Excellent (and filling) Persian-style sandwiches- one can easily feed two people! The place is clean and has some gorgeous plants (just need a bit of TLC). Overall a nice spot, but I personally prefer getting it as takeout.

They don’t even know the basics of customer service, and we experienced rude behavior. The food quality was good, but the attitude and service were unprofessional.

I’ve tried their Haida Pizza and Haida Royal Sandwich several times, both for takeout and dine-in. The taste, quality, service, and staff attitude have always been excellent. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

I visited Haida Sandwich in North Vancouver last night and was very disappointed with the customer service. I ordered a Haida Special to go and the girl who took my order had absolutely zero customer service skills. She didn’t include any napkins in the bag, something that should be standard with a takeout order.

When I asked about the opening day for the Coquitlam branch, she said she didn’t know anything about it which I found quite surprising. I assumed she might be new but when I asked she told me she's been working there for 8 months! That made it even more frustrating.. you’d expect someone with that amount of experience to at least have some basic info and better communication skills.

I hope management looks into staff training because service like this reflects poorly on the whole brand.

The quality wasn’t good at all. If I were looking for quality, I would have gone with Fresh Slice from the beginning.

Yummy and fresh. Way Better than subway!

Their Quality is not like before. We used to go there 2-3 times a week and were so satisfied, but the last few times wasn’t as tasty as before.

I ordered my food through Uber Eats and was shocked by what I found. After just two bites, I noticed what looked like a string or hair embedded in the sandwich. I immediately took a photo and reported it, thinking that was bad enough. But when I tried to pull it out for a closer look, I realized it wasn’t hair at all it was a metal wire. Thin, hard, and extremely dangerous.

This is completely unacceptable and a serious safety hazard. I can’t believe something like this made it into the food. We are extremely disappointed and honestly disturbed.

So So

We ordered pizza and unfortunately the pizza dough felt so old and not fresh, this spot used to be my to go spot and the quality has really went down overtime
