Place was almost empty on a Saturday. We had to go find a server, they were nowhere to be found. When we finally did get service they brough our meals out seperatly. We noticed another couple and same thing, they brought her food out but not his. I wish it was busier there though, it's hard to tell why it isn't as the food is pretty good!

Breakfast was not cooked, took three times and still was not cooked properly. Decided to eat anyways but then noticed a hair on the plate. Customer Service was not good. Asked for water and never came the whole time.

Disappointed, in the poor quality, amount of food served for the price and the service. Will not be returning until changes are made.

I’ve had good experiences at Jack’s before, but today was absolutely humiliating.

The server seemed disinterested from the start—we had to ask multiple times just to get water. I ordered an extra dip and, since I paid for it, asked for a to-go container. She brought one for the food only and never returned with anything for the dip, even after giving us the check.

I was on my lunch break and couldn’t wait any longer, so I took the small dip container with me. As we stepped outside, the server ran after us and, in the middle of the street, shouted that I was stealing restaurant property.

I was shocked and embarrassed. I had paid for everything—including the dip—and even left a generous tip. To be yelled at in public like that over a tiny dip cup was not only unnecessary, it was deeply humiliating.

Even if I was in the wrong, there is no justification for that kind of public accusation. I left feeling disrespected and upset—and I won’t be coming back.

The attentive service we received from our waitress was exceptional; she ensured everyone was well taken care of throughout the evening. The drinks were expertly crafted and delicious, contributing to a truly enjoyable experience. Plus, the convenience of free parking meant we didn't have to worry about the busy street of Lonsdale. We highly recommend Jack Lonsdale for any corporate event or gathering. It's a fantastic venue with excellent service and a great atmosphere!

Jack Lonsdale’s Pub is my go-to spot! I work in the area, so it’s super convenient, but beyond that, the atmosphere is always amazing. The food is consistently delicious, and the servers are absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always welcoming. Whether it’s a chill catch-up night with my girls or just a casual bite after work, this place never disappoints. Highly recommend!

I have come to this place previously and in my experience being seateI d with friends and larger parties at times has been really great. When I sit at the bar by myself and get food to go, your bartenders are the worst! They are not attentive and would rather talk to the regulars. Getting any attention from them is like flagging down a fruit fly in kitchen. I have been in the customer service industry my whole life and I would hope to never have to ask for good service.

Great pub amazing service but the foods is sub par ……. Would definitely return but just drinks that’s what they do best !
