Ordered a beef bell pepper dish and a chicken bamboo Thai curry today. The beef dish was full green bell pepper and 1/10 ratio was red pepper and beef. The dish looked quite sad and tasted even sadder. Even Chicken Thai curry was bad.

Khob khun ka ขอบคุณค่ะA local, family-ran Thai eatery boasting groovy lunch menu in North Vancouver served from friendly staff and efficient serviceUnfortunately the Pad See Ew ผัดซีอิ๊ว lunch combo in terms of authenticity and flavor was a let down, overly cooked rice noodles (not the authentic fat wide rice noodles) were mushy due lacking any spice flavor nor egg and felt very much of a Western-based Thai food meal.I hate to seem harsh, but also feel ripped off having to pay an additional three bucks for minute stingy cubes of tofu and don't understand why it doesn't come with a protein option. All in all, including the additional it ends up costing more than a lunch combo typically would.Support local businesses!

Really wanted to like it as the other 2 thai places in the area seemed to be sub-par when reading google reviews about their pad thai dishes.I had the chicken pad thai and some appetizers. Appies were fine, maybe 3-4/5 starts but the pad thai was a 0/5 especially at a over 20$ price point: the flavour of the sauce had a mild ketchup flavour, the noodles were all clumped together as if they had been sitting in a fridge for at least a day, and then I kept burping after my meal and eventually my night ended on the toilet. If I had to return, I would likely try their curry options but definitely not going to be my go-to pad thai place in North Van in the future.

Upon touching down at YVR and getting into our Airbnb we were getting hungry and had limited options for dinner with closing hours quickly approaching for most places, but lucky enough for us we were craving Thai food and Krua Thai was open and available for Door Dash despite the start of a pretty heavy winter storm. We went down the menu and somewhat hastily started selecting things that sounded familiar and delicious -- selecting enough items which seemed like we ordered almost half the menu. From the time we placed our order thru the app to the time our food was delivered by DoorDash warm only 30-40mins had elapsed, which was expected especially with the snow storm. The food was absolutely delicious especially the curry/soups; albeit, the noodle dishes were a little lighter in flavor than what I'm used to. We ordered: spring rolls, kang ka ree, gai satay, khao pad krua thai, pad see ew, pad kee-maow noodles, red curry bamboo shoot, and yum pla meuk. Yeah, ok, maybe it's not half the menu but we ordered multiple quantities of the same dishes. And ordering quickly without deeply studying the menu worked out quite well -- if it worked for everything that we ordered I'm sure the rest of the menu is just as good. I highly recommend this spot, especially if you're in the North Vancouver area of British Columbia, Canada. In a last minute pinch with what started off with low expectations this spot not only surprised us, but made us fan favorites!

Disappointing meal. The pad thai tasted like ketchup, the prawns had no flavour, and the tofu was old and dry. The pork red curry we got smelled and tasted off - we did not finish it. This place used to be so much better and I don’t know what happened. The only thing that was yummy and flavourful was the hot and sour coconut milk seafood soup. This is made with lemongrass and lime leaves and the broth is satisfying.

Very disappointed.. Chicken was so overcooked, chewy, and old looking. The frozen prawns were mushy and tasted off. The beef looked and tasted like shredded deli meat. Some of the worst Thai I've ever had.

Definitely my favorite Thai place on the North Shore. Flavors are a lot more authentic than most other restaurants who have catered their tastes towards a North American audience.

A wonderful Thai restaurant, tucked into mid-Londsdale. Excellent curries, nice staff, proper range of mild to insanely spicy.

$13 lunch special was reasonable! Had their Pad Thai, where diners can ask for spicy/non-spicy and sweetness preferences. It comes with 3 jumbo shrimp, crispy bites, and salad - filling enough for 2 lunches and flavourful. Would come back to try another lunch special. Friendly and prompt service.

Very delicious food, authentic Thai. Tried their spicy Fried noodles with chicken and veg noodles. A must visit for Spicy food lovers.

I'm sorry. Im stopping going to restaurants that use the WALMART chicken and beef in their dishes. If I had known that they were using the very lowest quality meat in their dishes, I would have just gone to McDonalds and get the same but paid far less.I understand that all restaurants need to cut back of both quality and quanity, but there is a point where the the bottom is reached. They have reached it.$60 for just enough low quality food for 3 people. Never going to order from here again. I'm sorry I did this time.

Today I order number 7 on the menu, the beef is dry and the food is tasteless. I am very disappointed. And the best part is the young guy who worked there was so cold, not even a thank you when the customer paid or pick up the food. my first time and last time.

I am so confused reading the other reviews. Honestly I feel generous leaving 2 stars. We ordered Kang pa nang, pad thai and rice. The rice was clearly microwaved too much it was hard in places and sticky not in a good way. The chicken was tough and bland and the pad thai also seemed too well microwaved it was all stuck together and pretty bland. So disappointing. The food just had very little flavour.

Very good! Hits the spot for a Thai food craving and is a great spot for the north shore. Also super friendly customer service.
