This place has been such a core memory for my daughter she would come here when she was little and she still does , the cafe is such a cozy place and they have amazing service , my daughter came here with her friends a couple days ago and they LOVED it , she told me how delicious the ice cream and grilled cheese was , 10/10 I definitely recommend this place đ

Today was a celebration in the library and I visited Laziza cafe to ask for my lunch and my experience in this place was amazing. My sandwich and my ice latte were delicious, my muffin really good, itâs clean and nice space to have a lunch or just a coffee which is organic and good quality. The service was excellent and the staff are very kind. I will definitely be back soon. Thank you for the experience

I ordered a breakfast wrap and chai latte with oat milk. After I had already paid and waited for my order, the employee called me back to the till because they forgot to charge me for oat milk. It was the employeeâs mistake for forgetting to charge me, not my own as the customer.
In business, especially small business, thereâs a concept of creating âgoodwillâ to create happy, returning customers. This goodwill is worth so much more than inconveniencing the customer to get $1.25 back because it was the employeeâs own mistake for not entering the customerâs order correctly.

Iced coffee cost much more compared to outher coffee shops also they charge extra for to go cups so I asked to have it for there to avoid that extra cost and regardless they made it in a to go cup and asked for a straw and they said they don't have them anymore also it had way to much ice meaning less coffee was not very impressed

Terrible customer service! I got a coffee this morning and they gave me cream but once i added cream to my coffee i noticed chunks of spoiled milk and the coffee tasted weird, to me it looked like the cream was expired,I didnât drink my coffee and showed it to the owner few minutes later, but the lady didnât bother to apologize or even check the rest of the cream in fridge!I donât mind how she behaved towards me but at least she should have checked the rest of the cream in her fridge to make sure they are not expired!

Pretty high prices compared to every other coffee place Iâve been to on the north shore.Most recent time I got thisâŠ?? Could I get some coffee with my foam????Probably wonât come back, donât think itâs worth it.

A very good authentic real taste of coffee. Awesome espresso that tastes nice and you can drink it without sugar. Those who like burned very bitter coffee from Green Sirene competitor, you will not get the taste here ?
My coffee tasted super watered down and they wanted to charge me for a new one. Bad service, bad coffee, and thank god Iâm not allergic to peanuts because the Costco chocolate chip cookie I bought from them was actually a peanut butter chocolate chip cookie. Everything was just awful.

My first and last time going here. I ordered an americano misto, a very standard drink that I order wherever I go. It tasted like dish water so I politely asked if I could switch it to a drip coffee (which is half the price after what I paid with tip).Even though I had only taken one sip the lady refused, her first excuse was that I ordered over an hour ago (35 mins in reality, I know because I was in a meeting). Her second excuse was that I was the only one who had complained. Clearly not from the other reviews. She also had her headphone in the entire time when conversing with customers.The service is as bad as their drinks. Bring a coffee to the library, donât rely on this establishment, itâs a literal joke of a place.

Your prices for coffee is among the highest i have seen in the North Shore. However, the espresso drinks taste like pure milk or water; the amount of espresso you add is too little that you can barely taste it. Please respond to this comment, fix this issue, and Iâll change my review to a positive one. Otherwise, it means you donât value quality and your customers
