Very unprofessional and disorganized when serving food. Had to wait 30 minutes for my food and was asked by the cashier multiple times what I ordered because they kept forgetting.
Has to be one of the most poorly managed services on the mountain. 5 teenagers running around having to ask everyone in the line 3+ times what their order was. I stood for 10 minutes before they asked again and figured out my order hadn't been started. Would suggest going elsewhere.
The blandest chili dog I've ever eaten in my life! Both the chili and the dog needed flavor. Thr fries were not bad, though. And one of the clean up staff women was an absolute delight to talk to. So it still turned out nice.
Lupin's burger combo ( burger, fries & drink ) , kid's meal (cheeses burger, fries, yogurt & orange juice ) 😋
After an absolutely gruelling hike, this was literally the best coffee I have ever had in my life! The staff were so friendly, service was the quickest I’ve ever experienced, and the views were INCREDIBLE!
The cups are also so cute, I’m keeping it as a souvenir.
For a mountain top cafe I was expecting to pay a premium for food... that was not the case at all. Great portions, great price, and great food.
Food is ok. Terrible service.
I will be honest.. after having fun in the snow, you want to warm up, rest and eat something.
This place had a good amount of food options, but I have to commend them on the fries!!!
They were thin and crispy!!! I love that.
Price was good.
Service was good too, especially given that everyone ordered fries!
Staff, absolutely friendly!
My only ding on this whole area is the seating, as if you have a big group (kids), its hard to find seating.
The place is beautiful, the atmosphere is pleasant and you have an incredible panoramic view. The basic menu and what they offer, the price seems high to me (you have to consider that it is a fairly touristy place).

I thought I’d try this Canadian thing called poutine. The staff serving it were so rude. Zero eye contact, off hand and even cross that I didn’t know what poutine is and completely unwilling to answer any question about it. Got the impression that all kitchen staff were very unhappy. But, to balance this, the person on the till was really nice and friendly. As for the food - poutine reminded me of being at school in the 1970s. The gravy is super salty. My partner got a pulled pork wrap which was actually very nice. It’s quick cheap comfort food and an easy place to grab a snack.

They messed up the order and put things we asked to take off in the burger although they said they will make sure it will be fine. Also, as we swt on the table they told us that we have 5 minutes and then we need to leave because there is a wedding ( no one told us anything when we ordered) and the prices are high. Overall, I'd say the food is mid, the service is bad but the only good thing was the view

Quite pricy, but it the taste of burgers, fries, and onion wings were pretty good. Plenty of seating even during peak hours. Felt like a good reward after the grind.

Butter Chicken Curry should be taken off the menu. It should be illegal to serve this kind of food to your customers. Soggy Chicken, Bland curry and what not. I get it that the food options are limited but still need to work on better items on the menu.
