Got a overpriced slice of pizza that smells questionable. Hope they prove the quality of food

Service was outstanding.
Extremely inefficient and poor customer service. Three people wandering around where you place your order not really doing any work. Waited 30 mins for a pulled pork burger. Was asked 5 times what we ordered because they don’t record your order anywhere. Watched one of the staff blow air from their mouth into the gloves prior to putting it on, then drop the glove on the floor and proceed to put it back on 🤢. Overall needs a supervisor to tighten up the service and efficiency at the front of house and education in basic food handling. Super expensive and disappointing.

The food was pretty mid at best. The Canadian hot dog itself was decent, but the bun was dry dry dry. The poutine was decent, but nothing to write home about. We also had their pizza which was like eating cardboard. But after that brutal Grouse Grind, food is food. At least they have some beers and Powerade to quench your thirst.
Theres a decent amount of outdoor seating, so you can pick and choose to sit wherever. People are constantly coming and going, so it wasn’t difficult to find a spot.

Very unprofessional and disorganized when serving food. Had to wait 30 minutes for my food and was asked by the cashier multiple times what I ordered because they kept forgetting.

Has to be one of the most poorly managed services on the mountain. 5 teenagers running around having to ask everyone in the line 3+ times what their order was. I stood for 10 minutes before they asked again and figured out my order hadn't been started. Would suggest going elsewhere.
The blandest chili dog I've ever eaten in my life! Both the chili and the dog needed flavor. Thr fries were not bad, though. And one of the clean up staff women was an absolute delight to talk to. So it still turned out nice.
Lupin's burger combo ( burger, fries & drink ) , kid's meal (cheeses burger, fries, yogurt & orange juice ) 😋
After an absolutely gruelling hike, this was literally the best coffee I have ever had in my life! The staff were so friendly, service was the quickest I’ve ever experienced, and the views were INCREDIBLE!
The cups are also so cute, I’m keeping it as a souvenir.
For a mountain top cafe I was expecting to pay a premium for food... that was not the case at all. Great portions, great price, and great food.

Food is ok. Terrible service.
I will be honest.. after having fun in the snow, you want to warm up, rest and eat something.
This place had a good amount of food options, but I have to commend them on the fries!!!
They were thin and crispy!!! I love that.
Price was good.
Service was good too, especially given that everyone ordered fries!
Staff, absolutely friendly!
My only ding on this whole area is the seating, as if you have a big group (kids), its hard to find seating.
The place is beautiful, the atmosphere is pleasant and you have an incredible panoramic view. The basic menu and what they offer, the price seems high to me (you have to consider that it is a fairly touristy place).

I thought I’d try this Canadian thing called poutine. The staff serving it were so rude. Zero eye contact, off hand and even cross that I didn’t know what poutine is and completely unwilling to answer any question about it. Got the impression that all kitchen staff were very unhappy. But, to balance this, the person on the till was really nice and friendly. As for the food - poutine reminded me of being at school in the 1970s. The gravy is super salty. My partner got a pulled pork wrap which was actually very nice. It’s quick cheap comfort food and an easy place to grab a snack.
