I got some organic chicken breast and was shocked at the lack of food safe protocols . They are going to kill someone! The guy wore the same gloves with multiple customers while I stood and watched him. With the same gloves that he touched my raw chicken he touched everything in sight- the buttons on the scale, meats, as well as the outside of the wrapping paper he wrapped meats in. Which then means that customers are holding the wrapper and then contaminating other things in the store! I let a worker know but she didn’t seem concerned. There was no hand sanitizer either! Pretty shocked.

Whole Foods has wasted this great location with innovative architecture. Staff are mostly warm, efficient, and really connect with the neighbourhood. But I find management poor, do not resolve issues well. It's like they're doing the community a favour being there, and we should be grateful for what we get. Customer satisfaction does not appear high on their list. Hours of operation are tailored to a minimum and counters close before set times. Way before close, it feels like their focus is on winding down operation for the big dash outta there on the dot. Will shop anywhere else. Which is really sad both for both neighbourhood and their many kind, hardworking staff.

Manager is running a scam with parking lot downstairs, purposefully giving tickets then "losing" the original receipt, despicable customer service, do not support this business, manager should be fired,

Very expensive. I get my produce for half the price at Anna's Produce around the corner on Lonsdale. The staff are mostly unmasked - some smart ones still using the mask. Most customers waltz around with their faces hanging out b/c the store offers no guidance re the pandemic. There is nothing special here, so no idea why they charge so much $$ for everything.

The place is not run very well. Food is not made in a timely matter. Going for lunch at 11:15 am and nothing is ready. Basically stuff left from the night before. The muffins are dry, the food in general is blah. Meaning no seasoning. Pizza is covered in flour, so it won’t stick to the bottom of the oven. It is like the have no trained chefs to oversea the quality control. This is definitely a miss at their prices.

We showed up at 18h45 on a friday evening to have some pizza made for the kids. The person that was working there informed me that the oven was already closed. She also said that they usually start closing around 18h15-18h30. Why bother saying that you close at 19h00? I am so very disappointed by that lack of service. I have also took the time to talk to a manager with a similar answer, It would be too long to restart the oven. I buy a LOT there, I am so disappointed by the way they dealt with that issue. They did absolutely nothing to help me. I recommend you don't go that Whole Food.
