Ordered Happy Meal. At pick up staff person told me regular milk was not available but had chocolate milk. Replied wanted regular milk. Staff person suggested water. I replied orange or apple juice but informed will be in a cup. Replied then the 10 cent deposit should be reversed. Manager came over, explained the situation. Manager stated that they have the regular milk. I lossed several minutes of my life and experienced unnecessary stress! Received my McHappy Meal

I ordered 2 poutines, 1 McDouble, 1 Junior chicken and 1 McPop. I received everything except for the Junior chicken. Maybe it’s because the people working the drive thru window were too busy talking to each other and touching their face. I had to drive back to get the Junior chicken because they didn’t answer their phone. If they answered their phone I would’ve been fine to have a credit and pick it up the next day. When I went back in to express the situation, the manager gave me the Junior chicken that has been sitting there and apologized. Didn’t offer to make a fresh new sandwich or something for free in return of the situation. Seems like almost every time I go there the service is lacklustre with no hospitality.

They do their job well and fast enough to deliver foods warm and in good shape. There were 4 ordering kiosks and decently tables to sit. Dining was bright and clean. Parking lot was free and a few handicap parking spots as well as accessible entrance were available. Drive thru making your order while on the go possible.

Can I just say how extremely rude, unhelpful and condescending the Manager Carlos was not only to me, speaking through gritted teeth but also to 2 members of his staff. Get rid of him, these are young workers who need nurturing and there is no need to speak through gritted teeth like you want to smack me, I’m the customer and I was polite to you. Having a bad day? Go home!

McDonald's is a confort food, easy to grab, easy to order ahead to pick up. It's a saver when you need food on the go or an easy lunch to bring to school or work.
Terrible service and the worst burgers I’ve ever had from any McDonald’s. The manager Jasreet even tried to argue about “how could the burgers be cold, we just took them off the grill”. The buns weren’t even toasted and were stale. 👎🏽

Employees here definitely hate their job. Everyone is so rude!! I went with my kids for breakfast and the cashier spoke very condescending. Got my order wrong, andndidnt give me napkins or sauces I paid for. Worst McDonald's location EVER

Beyond consistently excruciatingly slow and extremely rude staff and not sure how but they also manage to make the food taste like trash. Why are my fries always cold ?
