It was another nice location to visit. They were over staffed, but slow in service. Food quaily can improve a lot. Burgers were pricy. Cold section was fine but again over prices. Fries were good but had some rotten ones.

Shrikflation. Burgers getting smaller in size and expensive. 30$ for a meal for 2. Not so cheap anymore for the frozen factory food. Get an airfryer and cook at home folks.

It took 4 workers and a manager taking over for them to understand our order. They kept repeating back food that didn't even rhyme or sound close to what we said. The food was so salty it burnt my tongue and lips, and my tea was an XL three milk three sugar and it was thick with sweetener they clearly put 6 or 7 in as I have had 4 in that same size and many times as that's my mom's order and it was sooo far beyond that level. Its like small children are running this location( yes they were all adults above the age of 30) and it a miracle they are open, producing food and haven't burned the place down yet...chaos... And we were the only customers inside and out. Someone from head office needs to come here, do a complete sweep and start over. There is no excuse for this level of insanity and poor training. I'm sorry if that sounds harsh.

Best McDonald’s in Vancouver. Incredibly consistent high standard experience. McDonald’s corporate really needs to reward this branch, it’s amazing how consistent this branch is.

Stopped by tonight for an emergency apple pie. Drive through was light but the previous order should have been scooted to curb side as there ended up being a lineup in the drive through. Whatever. Pies were good and disaster was averted.

All breakfast sandwiches were not toasted. Bacon was raw and made the bagel sandwich taste very off putting, ended up binning it after a couple bites. Ordered 6 mini donuts, the lazy employee decided to put them in a bag instead of unfolding a box, the result was a bag full of smeared chocolate. It seems quality and decent leadership is severely lacking at this location. It's not the first time some of these issues have popped up (aside from the bacon, that's a first). Quite often managers only care about clearing the order queue ASAP to make their stats look good while they are stuck with a massive backlog of paper tickets they are juggling and people waiting upwards of 10-15 minutes, my record wait there was 25 minutes and It made me late for work.

Ordered inside the restaurant as well as drive through and each time the staff fail to provide the necessities such as a spoon, straw and napkins for my meal. Unacceptable in my opinion.

It's McDonald's.....what more can I say. My order came correct and quick. It's now on par price wise with most cafes for lunch, so it's no longer a cheap lunch, but it is quick.

Title: "McDonald's: A Masterclass in Inefficiency"I recently had the misfortune of subjecting myself to what can only be described as a Kafkaesque nightmare at McDonald's, where the simple act of ordering a meal turned into a mind-numbing ordeal that lasted an agonizing 25 minutes. I had heard of fast food, but this experience redefined the term in the most ironic sense.Upon entering the establishment, one would expect a sense of urgency given the name plastered on every surface - McDonald's. However, it seems the only thing moving at a rapid pace was my growing frustration. The journey began with the interminable wait in line, as the staff seemed to move in slow motion, almost as if they were participating in a torturous interpretive dance rather than serving customers. The concept of 'fast' was certainly lost on them, as they leisurely punched keys on the register, seemingly indifferent to the mounting impatience of the customers. The real spectacle unfolded at the counter, where my order seemed to enter a black hole of inefficiency. A team of bewildered employees shuffled around like sleep-deprived zombies, fumbling with trays and bumping into each other with an alarming lack of coordination. It was a performance worthy of a horror movie, not a supposed fast-food joint. After what felt like an eternity, I was handed a lukewarm excuse for a meal, the very embodiment of disappointment. One would think that after such an excruciating wait, at least the food would be a redeeming factor. Alas, the cold, limp fries and the tepid burger only added insult to injury. It's baffling that a company synonymous with the term "fast food" could manage to botch the very essence of its existence. Perhaps they've adopted a new slogan - "McDonald's: Where Time Stands Still." If you're looking for a place to test the limits of your patience and savor the taste of mediocrity, this McDonald's branch should be at the top of your list. A 25-minute ordeal for a meal that can only be described as a culinary catastrophe – an experience I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy.
