They forgot to give us our Junior Chicken and when I came back for it, the lady aggressively stated that it was on top of the bag, and that the manager alongside herself saw it. First off, you should not escalate a situation that involves a 3.29 sandwich... Second, if I were to lie and try to get a free sandwich, I would certainly not do it for the cheapest item on the receipt. The cold, under cooked, and half filled fries were more expensive...

Thankfully the manager came in cool-headed and rectified the situation. The lady should learn from him and not be so aggressive. You'd think I was taking the food out of her family's mouth with the way she was acting. Didn't know she was a McDonald, my bad.

She even had the audacity to slam the drive-thru window after shouting "God Bless you sir!" This lady was a God fearing woman and still acted like that...for 3.29 + GST. Absolute jokes ?

Does not except app offers for deals. It's happened twice at this McDonald's where I have brought the app to the scanned and they do not accept it even though it is a valid discount.

Hot fudge Sunday was underfilled. Asked the counter staff about this and was told this is how they always do it. Why not just top it up? Oh well, avoid this McDs.

I come to this McDonald's usually like once a week or so. Everytime I get a large fries. Every time the container or fries is half empty. Every single time. Why do I pay the extra money for you to not give me a large fries. This time was excessively bad hence the review. Look at this. Not even close to being full. Who puts the fries in and says oh yep that's full! Customer will be really happy he paid the extra money for a large fries that isn't even half full. Like come on.

Charged me twice for one meal at the drive through. Asked for the receipt that didn’t go through. They told me it didn’t print out. Checked my statement and have two charges and now have to go back in person to be refunded. :(
