Disappointing experience with party “reservation.”
Before inviting guests, I spoke with a staff member who said it was fine to hold my daughter’s birthday at this location for free, and that they could even decorate a spot with balloons. I was told that if we wanted their food, I should just let them know two days in advance.

I invited ~30 people based on that. Two days before the event, I called to confirm decorations and timing, and the manager told me they don’t reserve areas for parties and that other customers could sit in the same space. I was also told it was a “miscommunication,” and that we’d need to purchase McDonald’s for the party to be allowed there.

This was stressful and inconvenient so close to the date. Advice: don’t rely on verbal promises here—get everything in writing or plan elsewhere.

Rude store manager. She ruined my day when I purchased my coffee at 10PM and she told me store is closed. However, on the google map and store door written it is open up to 1AM!!!!!! I think she did not like my race

Okat i get its mcdonalds and you dont get paid enough but seriously. The rudest experience ive ever had. Like my phone was bugging so the code wasnt showing up and i said one second maybe 4 times until she said “you cant be sitting in our drive threw your holding up ppl begund you.” There was NOONE behind me and then i proceeded to pay cash and she shes holding the machine at me not looking as i hold out my cash then she rolls her eyes and me and snatches my cash. Then the lady at the next window, when i ask for salsa she says its in the bag but i like extra so i asked her again and she proceeded to not yell but in a loud tone say “ ITS IN YHE DAMN BAG” okay cool. So never again will i go back there. Hire better staff jeepers.
