Drove through to get a BLT bagel with a Cranberry muffin and went straight to work, just opened the package to eat and they gave me soggy tomatoes and old lettuce, the smell that came out from the old soggy lettuce was so specific that you could tell that it was sitting there for a while! I don’t like complaining much and this is not the first time It happens, so, guys, be more careful to pick the vegetables! Please

Quite frustrated with lack of any service today. I am a physician that works right next door to this location. I was able to carve out 10min of my busy day today and thought I'd treat myself to lunch at McDonalds. Tried to order big mac with alternate patty and they looked at me like I asked them to fly to the moon. This is something that I have done several times at this location and food here is usually good. Now instead of having a lunch, I'm spending the last 2 min of my 10min break to write this review on an empty stomach.

This is a branch that has zero customer service and five Star greed. I order food and XL coffee for lunch. All McDonald's gives condiments for free. This branch said they'll charge if I wanted honey. Screw this branch.
I haven't been to McDonald's for awhile but I can definitely say shrinkflation is alive and well. I even asked if the amount of fries was for real. Yup for real and not what you see on TV. I mean each fry wasn't a loonie but... close.
