The staff are lazy, especially the manager who doesn't care. We ordered fries, which was obviously not new. The staff didn't respond properly im just asking in a nice way because they didn't call our order, they just left it at the pick up.

I asked for a simple caramel coffee but when I tasted it it tasted like they added no caramel syrup in a caramel coffee and when I asked the staff he just looked at me and after 5 min he just told me it’s caramel coffee when I asked him if he added it because I couldn’t taste it and if he could add some and he just did absolutely nothing then I had to asked another staff member she was nice but the coffee tasted the same

I ordered in mobile app today and it was ready when I picked up. Catherine was very welcoming and her team did an exceptional job! Catherine was an excellent employee because she always smile, very polite and always deal with the problems in a professional manner. I love to order when she was on duty because she always did an excellent service!

I ordered 2 Happy Meals today and they didn’t put French fries on both. I got home and my children was very disappointed and unhappy. Indians who made my order. It happened to my orders multiple times missing an item. They need to be mindful and pay attention to their work. Very disappointed on the 20th Lonsdale location. I paid the right amount of money and the order is not complete. There is only one lady Filipina who smile and the rest where always chatting.

The washroom doesn't have water to wash hands so guys be aware about that if you need to use the washroom Also the staff straight away ignores you while you wait for your order and instead of letting you know that its going to take time, they just walk away looking right into your eyes

Very unprofessional behaviour and lack of training. They put the scalding hot tea along with other items on a tray and I got severely burned my arm and stomach. The tea should not have been that hot. They should have put the tea in a cardboard drink holder. McDonald’s needs to better train their workers to be more vigilant.
