I have not been to McDonald’s in a real long time, I was really disappointed with the chicken nuggets. They have shrunk! My fries were soft instead of crispy…however the tea was really good.

I had no complaint. The restaurant's food, service, and atmosphere are just at what you could expect at you Mcdonald's but nothing to criticize. No bad odor, no dirty spots, no loiterer, no misunderstood order, no spilt ketchup or sticky spots. Reasonably clean and reasonably serving customers.

Don’t count on them being open on time. People waiting outside while staff are very nonchalant inside. Regular occurrence. Add half an hour to their opening time to be safe.

The staff don’t have to like their job, but to be rude to customers is another thing. Some of the staff are great, and then a few in particular the “managers” are the absolute rudest customer service business representatives I have seen. I ask myself every time why did I go back!

I order Fish burgers she gave to me meat than I return she told me again charges . I lost my money time.unexperience stuff.
Super understaffed. Only like two people working there, lots of people waiting over 15 minutes just for fries

Why does the Indian guy in security clothes stand at the receiving counter all the time? He didn't even order, just security, where is the security in the first place? Does security staff exist at McDonald's? And he is talking to the Indian woman working over the counter, she is also an impossible person. Yes she hands the man a large size cup and he fills it with his drink! This is a fact. Why is the waitress talking to the man the whole time? Can McDonald's hire such a person, if I were to work at McDonald's, I would invite my friends who don't spend money to come and talk to me every day in a place where I would disturb the customers. Why? Because it is allowed to happen. I don't know how long this will continue, but those responsible should check their cameras now and see the reality of the situation. Thanks for giving us a great place to live, you guys can make it better.
