I ordered 2 Happy Meals today and they didn’t put French fries on both. I got home and my children was very disappointed and unhappy. Indians who made my order. It happened to my orders multiple times missing an item. They need to be mindful and pay attention to their work. Very disappointed on the 20th Lonsdale location. I paid the right amount of money and the order is not complete. There is only one lady Filipina who smile and the rest where always chatting.

The washroom doesn't have water to wash hands so guys be aware about that if you need to use the washroom Also the staff straight away ignores you while you wait for your order and instead of letting you know that its going to take time, they just walk away looking right into your eyes

My son is autistic and we visit every McDonald's and every single staff member is doing their job. Catherine S on Lonsdale with 20th North vancouver BC makes it totally different caring customers like my family and my little one. Now we only visit this place. 🤗🥰👍💙💙🙏

Very unprofessional behaviour and lack of training. They put the scalding hot tea along with other items on a tray and I got severely burned my arm and stomach. The tea should not have been that hot. They should have put the tea in a cardboard drink holder. McDonald’s needs to better train their workers to be more vigilant.

I have not been to McDonald’s in a real long time, I was really disappointed with the chicken nuggets. They have shrunk! My fries were soft instead of crispy…however the tea was really good.
I had no complaint. The restaurant's food, service, and atmosphere are just at what you could expect at you Mcdonald's but nothing to criticize. No bad odor, no dirty spots, no loiterer, no misunderstood order, no spilt ketchup or sticky spots. Reasonably clean and reasonably serving customers.

Don’t count on them being open on time. People waiting outside while staff are very nonchalant inside. Regular occurrence. Add half an hour to their opening time to be safe.
