I bought a creme egg McFlurry at this McDonalds and it was surprisingly expensive. It turned out 6 dollars which is enough to buy a hamburger combo. And let me tell me mention it was only a snack size. After when the McFlurry came it looked really delicious but the ice cream was melted. And half way eating it, there was no more creme eggs in it. It was only plain ice cream. I took the McFlurry to the cashier, that didn't help at all. The man very rudely, told me they can't do anything about it.

Never had a worse experience in a McDonald's than this place! Stood in line to make my order, the guy in front of me got sick of waiting to order and moved to the automated kiosk so I moved up and proceeded to stand there for around 10 minutes while the girls just walked past me, purposely not making eye contact. Needless to say I walked out without ordering anything. Someone needs to whip this place into shape again!

unfortunately I live a block away from this location and come here quite frequently. Every 2nd order they mess something up, and they get mad at ME for calling it out. Theyve turned that location into little india. The assistant manager is very rude (young indian fellow, about maybe 5'6". He messed my order up, then threatened to fight me, once I agreed he said he ll call the police. haha Pathetic... I really hope this place gets new management, It used to be great a couple years ago.
Unbelievable. No apples used, only coffee, no muffins. This is going to be the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. Somebody needs to look into this

Advertises $25 gift cards but had no clue how many available or how to activate.They were dumped on the counter with the envelopes and receipts. Last year Westview was super efficient and give them to me presentabley. Felt like a burden to them for 10 cards.
