McDonald's

To be honest, this location is one of my favourite MacDonald so far. They always deliver fresh fries or hash browns to customers. Also i appreciate those Canadian-Filipino whom provide the efficiency and warm service.

15 mins waiting in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me, the ice coffee had no ice in it and was not good

The coffee is always cold! Actually not hot! And I have to drink it in a rush so it doesn’t get cold ! Why? Always!?

This MacDonalds needs to shut down you have too many complaints and are wasting people’s time and money with your pathetic service. I was the first customer getting coffee this morning with my senior uncle and the server was very rude after letting her know the coffee was not brewed correctly. She kept on arguing with me to change it coffee was over milky and disgusting. No wonder the coffee is a dollar. Poor product and service

Took 18 minutes to get my black coffee and McMuffin. I had others who ordered before me getting their order and when I asked the lady at the front, she started shouting and threw away my receipt. Very embarrassing, do better.

Quite disgusting that I paid for a glass of water to see you pour it out of the handwashing sink. The handwashing sink IS NOT a fountain and has germs and bacteria all around it. That handwashing sink was gross and horrified that you would serve water from there. This was at noon today. Families, elderly, and children deserve better.

Your first mistake was going to a McDonald's in a Walmart. This McDonald's is also gaming their metrics by clearing/finishing orders in the system well before you actually get your order, so the now serving signs are useless.

The older lady that has been here forever she should get a raise when ever I am here she is the only one working the hardest all the other young ones just stand around talking.. the older lady she is out cleaning and doing the garbage
