We donât live on the north shore, so we have never been to this McDonaldâs before. It was a better than average McDonaldâs in most ways. Clean, spacious and not too crowded.

I went to McDonald's this morning, and to be honest, I'm sick of it all. Constant problems: they either take the order wrong, or put down the wrong thing, or skip some items altogether. Today I repeated 3 BLT macmuffin 10 times and ended up with the wrong item. Not only that, they don't tell you that they don't accept credit cards and say that they only take cash when you have ordered everything and queued and can't get your order. How is it that McDonald's does not accept cards for payment and why can't they be informed about it in advance? Bosses should pay attention to the quality of service it is disgusting to say the least. If I had the same point about the environment, you guys fight against plastic, but when I bought a cup of Coca-Cola and after drinking it I asked to fill it with water I was refused and told that I had to buy another cup. What a nonsense while in all other McDonald's there are no such problems.

The location is good. Free parking. The store looks OK. Staff would not come to take my order at all. 3 different staff made eye contact. After ordering on the screen, we wanted to eat outside on the patio. We cleaned a table with a wet wipe and it was black. The washroom had no paper towels and the hand dryer was not working.

The service at this McDonaldâs is incredibly inconsistent. Only 2 out of 10 times is my order correct. I typically order a large decaf brewed coffee with 7 shots of oat milk, but most times, my coffee looks like the attached pictureânearly no milk at all. Iâve also tried ordering an iced coffee with oat milk, and the same issue occurs.
Itâs so frustrating to feel like youâre asking for a favor every time you order a coffee with oat milk, as if theyâre being charged for each extra shot. One supervisor even told me âoat milk is really expensiveâ.
The level of service is declining and is now nearly as bad as Tim Hortons.
