We were a 20person group with very specific needs, and Raj took excellent care of us— professional and sincerely helpful at all times. We forgot some items and they were set aside… when I returned to grab them he remembered me with a warm smile :)

Just tried Medley's this past weekend and WOW what amazing food! I tried the penne alla sorentina which was delicious, and my boyfriend tried the spaghetti with meatballs (he would love to know how you got that texture!!). The tiramisu and the cheesecake were to die for! The service was also really good!

Medley’s Italian Bar and Grill is an absolute gem in North Vancouver. From the moment you walk in, the warm ambience and stylish interior make it the perfect spot for a relaxed dinner or a special night out. The service was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.

The food was incredible. I had the chicken dish with creole butter and it was honestly to die for—perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. You can really tell the kitchen takes pride in every plate that comes out.

If you’re looking for a great Italian spot with amazing atmosphere and standout dishes, I highly recommend Medley’s. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Medley's has become a family favourite! Great food, service and atmosphere!

So many wonderful food choices - there are favourites for everyone! And love that it is such a peaceful place - not crowded and noisy.

We have visited several times over the last few months and enjoyed wonderful friendly service by Pooja and Jelena. All of the staff are friendly and helpful.

We love the pastas! My absolute favourite is the Linguini AI Frutti Di Mare (seafood linguini) - soooo good!!! Our family has also enjoyed Spaghetti and Meatballs, Chicken Prawn Pesto Fettucine and Fettucine Alfredo! I finally remembered to take some photos of our most recent meals.

And the Key Lime Pie is soooo good too!

Grateful for this wonderful restaurant so close to home :).

Very quiet and cozy spot with plenty of seating and good spacing between tables. Great for families or a relaxed date night. Loved the Halloween display with the neighbouring Holiday Inn — a fun touch. Food was delicious, reasonably priced, and service was quick and friendly. Overall, a solid neighbourhood restaurant that we’d happily come back to.

Very worm environment. All employees work with smile in their face with professionalism. My servers were Pooja and Jelena. They served me several times during my stay on hotel. Thank you again . Clean place in all areas something that is very important for my standards.

This is my favorite restaurant in the Greater Vancouver region — delicious quality food at value. I absolutely love the Salmon Power Bowl and the cheesecake, when I haven’t had them for a while I crave them and have to come back! Great outdoor seating too, I often bring my dog along and she loves to get a bite of salmon (or cheesecake if she’s really lucky)!

We hosted our Christmas lunch for a group of 25 at Medley’s on Saturday the 6th, and despite the relatively short notice, Raj was incredibly accommodating. The Christmas menu offered a great selection with plenty of choices to suit everyone’s tastes. We were able to pre-order our meals, which made things much easier for me as the organizer. Our servers were attentive, friendly, and helped make the afternoon run smoothly. Highly recommended!

The other day I was craving a delightful Italian meal. I stumbled across this restaurant and might I add I was blessed with the welcoming aura presented by Betty. Will definitely be back soon.
