Food was very enjoyable. Prices fair.
After one year of trying different japan restaurants I can say: here is the best sushi rolls in the North-West Van area!
Best Sushi Restaurant in Vancouver.
I’ve been here 6 or so times in the past few months, and I’ve never been disappointed. The people are extremely friendly, the food is always fresh and delicious. This is my go-to sushi place in North Van, the price is super reasonable as well.
Was very busy and expensive
Excellent service, and probably the best miso soup I had. The server said that the city Minemura, Japan is known for it.
BC roll and salmon maki were amazing.
THE BEST
The manager and the staff were so rude and impolite that we will never go back there again.
Not recommended at all.
The staff are super nice and the food is good
The Udon Hot Bowl was so filling for the price!

I placed a order while I was in the area simple order but was ready at dinner time within 5 minutes wait. Everything came nicely presented and very fresh and flavorful. I only grabbed the house roll and negitoro roll but will be soon to try some more items off there menu.
Update also tried the Minemura Sashimi Sushi Box was really surprised by how large the portions were much bigger the it looks in photos. The tuna sashimi and salmon were very fresh and tender the tempura prawn roll was also great, the orange on the side was a nice and refreshing at the end of the meal great value on the Sashimi box.
Good quality sushi at a good price 😊
Friendly service
Hadn’t eaten here for a few years, but we remembered liking it, and figured we’d try again! We got takeout, like we used to, and either our memories were incorrect, or the quality’s gone down; regardless, it was a very disappointing meal.
•Deep Fried California Roll 3/5: surprisingly, the only decent roll out of everything.
•Veggie Dynamite Roll 1.75/5: Oshinko tasted off, and the tempura on top made the rest of the rolls vegetables soggy and warm.
•Spicy Salmon Combo 1.75/5: Spicy Salmon Sashimi was bland. Kappa Maki didn’t taste fresh to order. Spicy Roll tasted weird, not off, just weird, almost like the sauce had accidentally mixed with another sauce.
• Beef Teriyaki Roll 1/5: beef was incredibly dry, had lots of fat, and minimal sauce.
Unfortunately, we threw half away because it wasn’t worth eating.
I wanted to be honest, especially since there are many sushi options nearby, so I hope the honest review helps improve things!
Had a party tray a delivery. Super good and fed 4 people full for 59
Best sushi in Lower Lonsdale! The staff is extremely friendly and polite too. Highly recommend.
