This place is amazing, I always come by to get a quick snack. Super good considering the price. Boba is a must try!
No doubt — their bubble tea and milk tea are always a must-try here. 🧋 This time I decided to switch things up and try their House Special on Rice. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet expectations. The sausage, tofu, and toppings weren’t served hot, and the portion felt a bit small for the price. It gave more of a fast-food vibe than a satisfying lunch experience.
For a quick meal, especially for nearby students, it might do the job. But if you’re craving something truly flavorful, I’d stick with their drinks — those never disappoint. ✨

It's 2025 and I can't believe you can still get homestyle authentic food in North Shore, for less than $20.
feels like home, their simple meals are great, showcase the Taiwanese flavour of marianted meat, rice, egg , sausage and their bbt is well priced. Only downside is they don't open on weekends
I’ve been going to Morning Star Bubble Tea since 1999. They used to be located right next to my parent’s salon. I started going there when I was merely five years old. I love their homemade food. The staff is friendly, their food is amazing, and their service is even better. I will keep going until the event of my demise. Thank you for accepting me for the past 26 years!!
Recently moved to North Vancouver and was pleased to find you. Food was solid and we especially enjoyed the fried octopus balls, large ground pork sauce on rice and Mapo Tofu on rice. The fried pork chop on rice wasn't bad either. The sauced eggs, TW cabbage and corn in the rice dishes were delicious! The food reminded me of home. 🇹🇼 We will be back!
