I recently ordered from this restaurant through Uber Eats, and unfortunately, the delivery experience didn’t go as planned; my driver abandoned the food, leaving me without my meal. However, when I contacted the restaurant directly, they went above and beyond. Not only did they immediately offer to deliver the food to me personally, but when the order was ultimately canceled through Uber Eats and I received a refund, they insisted I keep the money and enjoy the meal free of charge.
I have to say, the food was absolutely exceptional, some of the best Indian cuisine I’ve had. It’s rare to come across a restaurant that cares so much about its customers, and this experience truly impressed me. I will definitely be ordering again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for amazing food and outstanding service. Thank you for making my day!

Me and my co worker ordered from Mr. Pan Indian Restaurant through Uber Eats, and it was a huge letdown. The food arrived hard and had an unpleasant smell. When we tried to address our concerns with the owners, they were unhelpful and dismissive. I expected much better quality and customer service. I won’t be ordering from here again.

All pranthas looks like frozen and staled. Hard as brick to break ??♂️ just roasted pizza slices. Spent $45 and got nothing to eat. It's funny that staff excuses this as oh your order was first order and our oven was not enought heated yet. Who's job is to make it work ? Who is responsible to cook food properly ?
Owner and staff have nothing to say except lame arguements
