The miso soup was delicious, and the California roll tasted outstanding. The tempura was also good. The teriyaki chicken sauce was also something I really enjoyed. Overall, the taste and price were well-matched.

I’ve ordered from here before and the food was good but something has changed. Just had the worst sushi I’ve ever had and it didn’t even come with ginger or wasabi. Teriyaki was absolutely awful as well. I do not recommend and will never go back.

Nothing but high praises for Mr Sushi Lynn Valley, I've been eating there for over 15 years(is very close to my old highschool). Loved their quick service on a short lunch break, and going in years after to enjoy a very good priced meal with friends. Since the pandemic they switched to take out/delivery only, but the food quality has stayed the same! This is my go to sushi place in upper Lonsdale/Lynn Valley.

Got a donburi. Tastes like McDonald’s mystery meat and teriyaki sauce has absolutely no flavour. I remember having it pre Covid and it tasted really good not sure what went wrong.

Although we didn't dine in, the staff at Mr. Sushi are always pleasant and make you feel welcome. The food is great, and they always get my picky order correct!

The Asian girl with glasses working the dinner hours Jan 2nd was not friendly when I went in to pick up an order.In fact she was just rude.I have never had a problem before and will not recommend this place now.Be careful who you have working with the public there because she just hurt your buisness.

I've been going to Mr Sushi on and off for nearly 10 years, however I expect that will not be the case moving forward. Our meal tonight was disappointing, with all dishes coming up short. The fish, rice, and vegetables in the sushi rolls did not taste fresh, or particularly flavourful at all. We also had a beef teriyaki, where the sauce was thin, watery, and also not delivering any flavour. It feels like a notable change from past form, when Mr Sushi had been my preferred sushi place in Lynn Valley.

Today I ordered chicken Donburi and dynamite roll for takeout. Everything was good and the price was reasonable as well. However, chicken donburi didn’t have any vegetables, it was just plain rice and chicken with sauce. Based on the pictures I have seen it should at least have a bit of vegetables on side.

Parking: It’s in a plaza so plenty of free parking.

Was not very happy with the quality of the sushi we ordered. Looks like it was pre-made. Too much yam is used. Two thumbs down. We will not come back.
